Atlantic Beach NC - Winter Rentals

Atlantic Beach Realty also offers monthly rentals during the off-season. All leases are for three months minimum and six months maximum. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. An application along with a non-refundable $115.00 setup fee will be required for all tenants. All rentals are subject to owner approval. Rentals are offered furnished, and do not allow pets unless otherwise indicated. Linens not provided. Cleaning available during stay for an additional fee. Monthly rate listed includes utilities with a cap on electric usage.
