Outside of work, Kyrah loves to unwind by traveling—especially going on cruises—and spending quality time with family and friends. She believes in making meaningful memories, staying connected, and bringing that same warmth and enthusiasm into her professional life.

A Carteret County native, Jeannie has served the community in Property Management since 1999. As a licensed agent since 2002, she also offers full Real Estate Sales services. With over 25 years of industry experience, she combines professional know-how with a lifetime of local knowledge.
Outside of the office, family is her priority. Jeannie has been happily married for 25 years and is the proud matriarch of a blended family that includes five children and 16 grandchildren. In her free time, you can find her in her "happy place"—the kitchen—or traveling to see new places.

Nate helps keep the coastal experience running smoothly at Atlantic Beach Realty, working behind the scenes so guests can truly relax and enjoy their time at the beach. He oversees housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance teams, making sure every property is clean, comfortable, and ready for sandy feet, ocean breezes, and a great stay.
Originally from Michigan, Nate earned his degree in Travel and Tourism from Eastern Michigan University, where his passion for hospitality and guest experience began. He believes the best beach vacations come from strong teamwork, attention to detail, and service that feels effortless from start to finish.
Known for his calm, steady approach, Nate enjoys supporting his teams and solving problems in fast‑paced hospitality environments. When he’s not keeping operations on track, he enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with family, bringing that same easygoing, people‑first mindset into everything he does.

Scott Biggs is a dedicated General Manager with 30 years of experience in the Vacation Rental Management industry. He began his career in Charleston, SC in 1996, discovering a true passion for hospitality, service, and creating memorable guest experiences. In 2020, Scott moved to the Atlantic Beach, NC area, where he continued to grow as a leader—guiding teams, strengthening owner relationships, and helping properties thrive through both industry shifts and local market changes.
Away from work, Scott finds joy in the simple, meaningful moments he shares with Heidi, his wife of 36 years. Whether relaxing together at the beach, tending their garden, or traveling to visit their adult daughters in the North Carolina mountains and in California, family and time outdoors keep him grounded. This genuine appreciation for connection, community, and quality time is at the heart of Scott’s warm, people‑first leadership style.
