Take in a lovely view from this third-floor, beachfront condo at The Shutters, an upscale complex that features direct beach access, an outdoor pool, and elevators for your convenience. You'll be just three miles from North Carolina Aquarium At Pine Knoll Shores and five miles from Shevans Park, so you'll always have something fun to do during your stay. Anchored by a decorative fireplace, the bright living room features a TV, a sofa, and armchairs for comfortable entertainment and group gathering. Enjoy ocean and pool views from the private, furnished balcony while enjoying morning coffee or your favorite happy hour beverage. Modern in-home essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has a ceiling fan and an en suite full bathroom. The second bedroom features a ceiling fan and a private entrance to the hall bath. There's also a bonus, a bunk room with a ceiling fan as well.

This our 3rd year at Shutters. Location is great and semi private being on the top floor. Kitchen has what is needed and nothing additional so if you are trying to make something fancy bring your own kitchen items. Looking forward to coming back again.

I'm always torn between gatekeeping this wonderful spot for ourselves and publicly sharing what a truly special place that Shutters really is. What I will say is, "THE VIEWS!" They are simply unmatched, and as I type this I am feeling withdrawl from having those ocean vistas around me all day. The property is well-appointed with nice furnishings and everything you need to stay for a week; well-maintained inside and out by professional staff and conscientious homeowners; and well-situated, near Atlantic Beach shopping and Pine Knoll Shores' natural beauty. Bottom line, if you like a quiet vacation spot for your little family, and you really enjoy the beach, the pool, and magnificent ocean views, then Shutters 303 is the place to choose.

We had an AMAZING week in this condo! The previous reviews on this particular condo had stated it needed major updates. I was happy to see that this place was definitely updated. New appliances and new furniture. The patio furniture was extremely nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed and communication with Vacasa was made easy. The location for our family was perfect-a few stairs away from the pool and a few more steps from the beach! We had no issues with temperature regulation or any bugs. Each of the TVs had 2-3 remotes a piece, so that was a little hard to operate for me, but my husband figured it out in no time. I did like the fact of having a code lock for our door and keys. It made for an easy access into the condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved it all. We did buy a can opener because there was none there. We left it there for future guests. The room was clean, quiet and well maintained. We vacationed with our granddaughters and they loved both the pool and the closeness to the ocean.

This is a great location and a nice condo. That said, for the price the owner needs to spend some money on some updates The living room furniture would be turned down by the Salvation Army. If is very uncomfortable. The televisions are smaller than a modern computer monitor. Other than these problems it is a great place. One week’s rental income would really improve things.

Management is happy to report since this review, the homeowner replaced the living and dining area furnishings, upgraded the living area television and remodeled the kitchen in 2025.

This was a perfect place to stay for our family of 5. It’s right on the beach, within a short drive of Morehead City and Beaufort and many there’s many restaurants to choose from. This our 3rd year in a row staying at this place and we will continue to stay here.

We have been coming to Shutters properties for 16 years. We lost the one we normally stay in after it was taken off the market but luckily found 303. Great unit. No problems. Wonderful weather. We come back twice per year for a week. Highly recommend.

The condo was very clean, comfortable and had all we needed in the kitchen. Though there were fewer guests than usual in the rest of the complex, we had a great time.

This is our fourth year staying at The Shutters and our second year in this unit. We love everything about this unit including the parking, elevator, private deck and easy beach access.

Excellent views to oceanfront. Nearby restraunts in Morehead City and Beaufort were phenomenal! This home was very clean. Highly recommend a much bigger TV 32inch is too small. Selection of drinking glasses ( 3ea ) a bit low! A bad storm combining rain and 25 mph winds cause water leak at door to deck. Otherwise a wonderful VACA.
