PKBW05 Beachwalk 303

The property is well appointed and some of the furnishings are showing wear and tear, but it was very clean and everything worked! The plugs in the kitchen were under the upper counter and that was ok but not great. The view of the beach is super! And evenings on the porch were a treat. Also great was just one small set of stairs from the pool to the boardwalk (ramp) made loading on to and off beach easy. We would definitely rent this unit again.

The condo was a wonderful place. It was clean and affordable and comfortable for all of us. We couldn't have asked for a better view or place to make memories for a week. We would definitely stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation here. Great view of the ocean every morning with my cup of coffee on the large balcony. The kitchen had every thing we needed to cook some of our meals. The water pressure was great for showers and baths. The wood blinds in my son’s room made it great for bed time to keep a lot of the light out. The only concern I had was the screen door in the front door because it was difficult to open when you shut it all the way, we ended up leaving it cracked for the rest of the trip but the main door locked so it was not a problem. The key was difficult to open and lock door but you could also just use the key pad so it wasn’t a problem at all. I don’t know if they do this every stay but there was travel sized shampoo and conditioner in some bathrooms. Great place to stay if you plan on going to the beach or pool and relaxing. Easy access to both pool and beach. Beds were comfortable and we never heard too much noise from our neighbors which was great because we have a toddler

The only thing that needs to be changed is the carpet in the master bedroom: it is stained and looks old. Also the place would benefit if some pieces of furniture were removed from the living room- it is a bit crowded with too many chairs. Overall a great experience nevertheless. Would come back any time.

Our family has stayed at Beachwalk several times and love it. The location of Beachwalk is ideal. Close to stores and restaurants and the aquarium and literally steps from the beach. It is well maintained. Beachwalk 303 is a favorite unit. You get a beautiful view of the ocean from the living area/dining area and the primary bedroom. Generally well appointed. Really appreciated the TV streaming service this year. Would recommend and will be returning again.

This is a 3rd floor condo on an excellent part of PKS beach with super easy access to the water and a pool (no one was ever in it). The building itself is not the prettiest but the location, quiet and lack of crowds cannot be beat. The condo is roomy and has a nice balcony and everything you would need for a week at the beach including a smart TV and some books. We ate many of our meals at the condo and there was plenty of dishes, utensils, cups, etc. The management company provided a starter pack of soap, trash bags, paper products, dish soap and more. We picked up what we needed at the Food Lion. Make sure you bring beach towels (none that we could find) and extra paper products. Our only complaint was that the mattresses left much to be desired...in fact I will need to see a Dr this week. But the linens and bedding were fine. Overall, it is a great location on one of the prettiest stretches of the beach.

We have rented places up and down the island and this has become our very favorite place. Beachwalk is a great oceanfront location with easy access to the beach. This unit is nicely decorated and equipped. It has a beautiful ocean view from the living area.

We loved our time here, it just wasn’t long enough! My most favorite time was sitting on the balcony drinking coffee as the sun was rising. It had everything we needed even down to enough trash bags, dish/ laundry detergent which I’ve always had to bring with us. We are planning on returning. A few of my family members wished it could be a Saturday-Saturday rental instead of Sunday-Sunday because they like having a day at home before returning to work.

Beautiful place, master bed was comfortable (not so much the other two rooms), nicely updated...we had maintenance issues, but VACASA was amazing ~ especially Summer. She tried to address every issue and was very responsive (Kyrah and Brittany were very helpful too!) I was very pleased with how Vacasa stocked the place with extra TP, towels and trash bags and brought us what we needed to be as comfortable as possible during our stay. I would love to be able to come back and give this place a FIVE star rating!!!
