Great price for the location. Right accross the street from beach. Beautiful flowers everywhere in May. Nicely renovated. If you plan on using the grill, make sure to bring your own cleaning tools to scrape down grill. Also note that washer dryer is shared with the upstairs unit and accessed from outside.

We had an awesome time. Just steps away from beach and when too windy for beach the deck was awesome. Great views from them.
