Fore the most part the place was clean and comfortable. It could use some TLC for some long term maintenance that seems to have been neglected

Easy access to the beach, beds were comfortable, the place was a bit old but had tons of room and worked for our small family, would rent again next year.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Close to shops, restaurants and beach access. Love the place. Have stayed several times now and it's our go to place. Lots of room and best price for all you get.

The proximity to the beach is excellent. We could see, hear, and easily walk to the ocean. Home had the essentials we needed however it is not a chef's kitchen. If you plan to cook, come prepared with salt, pepper, etc. There is also is not any provided beach gear so you'll need chairs, umbrella, cart... But overall, highly recommend the property. We had a fantastic stay!

Wonderful close location to the beach, check in and check out was easy, comfortable space with nice amenities! Accommodated our group easily and we enjoyed our week at the beach.

Directly across from the public beach access; this was a perfect location. Amenities were just what we needed for a getaway to the beach.

The home was nice, a little outdated decor and furniture but beds were comfortable. The partial ocean views were beautiful! Just one street back from beach. The public beach access is conveniently located walking distance right across the street. We also enjoyed drinking coffee on the deck, nice rocking chairs on deck. Sunrise and sunsets were absolutely beautiful to see from home. Plenty bath towels stocked, nice small amenities are in the home like small dove soap bars and dove shampoo & conditioner, small dish soap, etc. The coffee maker is a coffee pot not a keruig or pod kind. There are coffee filters available. Definitely enjoyed the beach, not crowded and we got to see dolphins one morning out on the beach. Would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our short get away for the new year.

The best part is the location is that it is only feet from the public access. Clean house with everything you would need. Easy bike ride to the market and some restaurants. Will stay again.

We loved the location. Well stocked with linens and kitchen starter supplies. Kind of secluded feel for privacy! We had a great girls weekend.

This house was in a great location! It was convenient to beach accesses and also restaurants/shopping. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were nice. Everything was super clean as well.

We have stayed here three times so far and absolutely love it. Emerald Isle is quaint and quiet with lots of great restaurants and grocery stores that you can easily ride your bike to from this house. Lots of room and everything you need for a perfect vacation. House is just across the street from public access. Just a quick three minute walk to the beach. Would highly recommend staying here for the price.

5 minute walk to the beach allowed us to come back for lunch each day. Lovely view of the ocean. My kids loved the multiple bunk beds. Beds were comfortable. AC and WiFi worked well. Outdoor shower was a plus. Plenty of bath towels. Kids also enjoyed puzzles and games in the closet. There was salt and pepper and coffee filters, but no other spices or cooking basics. The dishwasher wasn't the best so we ended up hand washing our dishes.
