I have been coming to the area for 20+ years and have stayed at many different places i have also stayed at another tar landing unit. This unit had everything. There was a closet on the first level full of beach items to include several beach chairs, beach cart toys, noodles and much more. The shower on the main level had the best water pressure. The bed on the first level did grow a little hard by the end of the week. The pool water was so warm but you probably can't fix that. The kitchen had everything and has acquired my favorite lemon squeezer because I left it beyhind. Definitely recommend

Lots of room to sprawl, the second living room let the teens have a space just for them. Lots of beach gear, we could have left all of our stuff at home!

We love the Tar Landing complex, but it has become prohibitively expensive. It’s a shame because our family has been coming here for years. The kitchen is small, but well appointed. The house is nicely furnished. So nice to have beach chairs and beach toys (and a packnplay crib).
