The only thing is that there was no pillow case for the extra pillow in the closet and there was no linen for the pull out couch bed. I don't remember anything saying we needed to bring any but I can't remember but we made it work! Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The pool was fantastic! The park was so cute and it was nice having security around as well.

This is our second year staying at this location. They parking is close and convenient. The ground is very family oriented and well maintained. The pool is large. They added a mat that cover the sand for access the beach!( loved this for a family with a wagon!!) A great vacation spot.

Well maintained condo with amazing indoor pool/hot tub, outdoor pool, and private beach access! We loved our stay and had everything we needed at our fingertips: stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and plush towels!

I recently stayed in this unit for a few days with my hubby, our 8 year old daughter, 10 month old son and my mother and father in law. The unit was comfy, we had plenty of room and it was pretty clean. Access to the beach was kind of rough the first day but as we were there the maintenance team added some type of walkway that made it it 100% better. Amenities were great and the view was truly unbeatable. We would definitely stay again.

The view is fantastic. Excellent location. Clean, comfortable, but not a five star resort. Vacasa is an excellent management company- the rental experience was easy and they were extremely responsive.

Nice Condo for family of six

The condo was in a perfect location. It was very clean. The Host staff were very kind and helpful. It was spacious enough for a family of 6 to be very comfortable. The kids loved the beach and both pools.

View was beautiful, unit was spacious and condo amenities included pool (indoor and outdoor), pickle ball and grills. Unit itself is outdated and furniture worn but that’s probably why it’s a better price. Bedroom with double bed is very small but worked for our teen. We needed to clean unit because furniture was dusty and sand in closets. Lock on door does not unlock with code so we had to share a key which was difficult.

The place was easy to find and very clean. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets and towels available. Plenty of space for 8 people. The pools and beach were easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again!

Oceanfront condo with indoor pool. Great ocean views and great location. Only problem was the lock system on the door was a pain to get to work, but luckily they also provided a key to override the keypad. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Beachfront

This property is in a perfect location for enjoying this lovely section of Atlantic Beach on the Crystal Coast. The pools were great and the playground was a nice surprise. It is nicely furnished and staff at Vacasa were very helpful.

Close to everything in the area, only steps to lots of beautiful beach. Great layout. Especially loved the pools!

We absolutely loved Sands Villa 225. The location on the island was great very easy to get to very clearly marked. On a slower end of the island. Short distance to shops and food in Atlantic Beach, Morehead City, Beaufort. The place was clean sand free. Indoor Pool was clean and hot tub was marvelous. Great ocean view with no obstructions. Two minute walk to the beach. Very clean very spacious beach. Best for families and couples. Third bedroom with bunk bed is more of a half bed room but great for teens. We rented bikes and road around town and to Fort Macon. I recommend this location.
