Description

Take in the best view on the island from this oceanfront, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at Sands Villa Resort, where you can see the ocean waves, the beach, and Beaufort Inlet from your fourth-floor balcony. This condo was recently updated with a new HVAC system, new LVP hardwood floors, a renovated primary suite, a new swivel recliner, new balcony chairs, and new appliances, fixtures, and quartz countertops in the kitchen. For those who enjoy relaxing in the morning, there are both Keurig and drip coffee makers. The den features a 55-inch TV, a wet bar, and free high-speed WiFi. Prepare breakfast with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy a lunchtime barbecue on the shared gas and charcoal grills, and leave your swimsuits and towels in the private washer/dryer at the end of the day. At mealtime, the dining table seats a family of six with a bar that will seat two more. On the grounds of the resort, you'll find amenities and conveniences that include indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an exercise room, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, a courtyard with grills, and elevators for easy access. At night, the condo's three bedrooms include a primary bedroom suite with a TV and its own bathroom.

If you are looking for an ocean front, large place to stay, then this will definitely be a great choice. The large three bedroom condo was on the fourth floor and provided great views. The inside was spotless and everything that was needed was provided. Very easy to check in and check out with clear instructions on how to access the gated property and enter the condo.

Our stay was wonderful. I never felt like we needed anything. Thoughtfully put together rental plenty of charging ports, plenty of kitchen supplies to make cooking easy, plenty of space and storage. Beds were comfortable. We had a marvelous week and cant wait to come back!

This was a lovely property. Great views and the grounds are well kept. It was very quiet and relaxing. The indoor pool and hot tub were great. The beach access is easy to walk and very nicely maintained . I would definitely stay here again.

For location with a beautiful beach plus a great pool, this property can't be beat. The Villa had a well equipped kitchen, keurig, washer/dryer, shower and a bath tub, plus the balcony. Just bring your own pillows as the ones there are old, flat, foam pillows, and get a demo on how to use the wonky lock system before you get there

Perfect location

A very comfortable stay. Great ocean view. Loved the recliners! Well equipped kitchen. Clean and nicely decorated. Enjoyed both the indoor and the outdoor pool and walks on the beach.

Great Unit!

We really like this unit. We're big people and I never worry about something breaking when we sit, lol! Every time we've stayed here the place has been very clean and comfortable. Had a small problem this last time and it was fixed the next morning. I don't remember the guys name but he was great. Took the time to talk with us and ask if he could do anything else for us. I'm very pleased with VACASA and will use them again soon.

Perfect location - spacious condo

The listing online is accurate. The condo was very clean (and that's saying a lot coming from me)! It has a beautiful ocean view, is conveniently located to many restaurants and shops in Atlantic Beach. I would definitely return.

Our stay at Sands Villa 419 was absolutely amazing!! The room was very nice and we had a gorgeous view! The only thing I will have to say is the floors in our condo were dirty and lots of sand but other than that it was great!

Our vacation in Villa 419 was picture perfect. The decor is beautiful and comfortable, recently upgraded, painted and refreshed! And you can really tell the care that was put into the upgrades. Views from the spacious balcony are beautiful, and there is always a delightful breeze. We can`t wait to come back again in 2017! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
