Sit down and take a load off in this beautifully furnished, oceanfront condo at Sands Villa Resort! Sands Villa 121 is located on the first floor of this gorgeous, oceanfront complex. Imagine yourself floating around the community's outdoor swimming pool in the sparkling summer sun or immersing yourself in the cool, refreshing waters of the indoor pool. Once you and the kids are good and water-logged, head to the playground to run off some energy, try out the basketball and tennis courts, or follow the walkway to the beach for a little fun in the sand. When it's time to unwind, catch the elevator back to the condo. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops or do a little grilling in the courtyard on the gas and charcoal grills. You'll find a dining table with seating for four and additional seating at the counter. After dinner, sit back on the sofa, catch up on some reading or on your favorite TV show on the 42-inch flatscreen TV, or watch the ocean waves from the oceanfront balcony. When it's time to turn in, the bedrooms include a primary suite with a 32-inch flatscreen TV, an en suite bathroom, and a private oceanfront balcony. The two other bedrooms have 22-inch flatscreen TVs of their own. Additional amenities include a stacked washer/dryer and free WiFi throughout.

Nice property with ocean and pool views. Clean when we arrived and perfect for our stay. It seems there are some updates that need to be made inside but it’s obvious other updates like countertops and floors have been updated. Would recommend.

Our family of six was late to the game when it came to booking our annual vacation. We wanted something close to the beach (ocean view) that was reasonably priced. This first floor unit is small, but it checked all our boxes for our stay. The ocean is visible over the dunes. The beach is a five-minute walk. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were clean and sufficient for our needs (I personally liked the shower in the master bath). We ate in most meals to save money, and the kitchen/dining area was just right. Sands Villa is less than a mile from our favorite restaurant. We had a great week.

Room is great. Our 8th year staying here. Clean. Has everything we need for a full week. Updated flooring and furniture. 3 bedrooms are a must for our fam. Appliances could use updating but its no big deal and doesn't leave us wanting to book elsewhere. The outdoor and indoor pools are super nice. Lots of seating available. Plenty of carts available for your luggage etc. Elevators are quick. Security is on site and will check for pool tags so keep them handy. This year they added a blue walkway mat from the dock to the beach.....the BEST THING EVER! made pulling a wagon so much easier! Thank you!!!

I loved seeing my wife and kids faces when we hit the beach that was not a far walk at all. We loved the off season for a relaxed, serene vacation away from a lot of people so we could focus on my sons graduation destination and family without the hustle and bustle of the work life. Also, the locals were great, good food and for a short drive, we was able to go to one of our favorite, traditional stops at Cox family restaurant and the Captains table: both having great and affordable food for a big party. In a nutshell, we had a blast and will return. The Villas were great and pretty central to island fun, or Serenity if needed!

While we had been to the Outer Banks many times, we'd never been to Atlantic Beach. We love it and if we return to OBX, we'll definitely come here. We liked the location and general layout of Sands Villas and #121 specifically, but would prefer to be on a higher floor to see the beach/ocean better. The pool was great. (We didn't use the indoor one.) All in all, my family of 2 adults and 2 older teenage children had a wonderful week.

Vacasa is the Place

From the minute you walked in the front door thru the apt to out to the balcony, the apt was awesome. Much attention was taken in the decor and I felt at home. There were even Birthday candles in the drawer and decorations for Memorial Day in the cupboard. The kitchen was amazing. High end products appliances. The directions for checkin/ checkout were very clear and easy to comply with. I was extremely happy to have such.a nice place to stay.

It is about a 1/4 mile walk to the beach, but there is a nice walkway and you also pass the pool on your way. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the hot tub! It was nice sitting on the balcony, watching the rabbits and birds. I enjoyed seeing all of the boats at the ocean. The condo has everything you need and I felt safe with the code to get into the place and the code on my door. It was clean! We would visit again.

All you could ask for!

Loved the location of this property with its proximity to the beach and the abundant options for dining and entertainment within a 10 minute drive. This unit had one of the best views on the property and was very cozy with 3 separate rooms for sleeping and a comfy living area to hang with friends or family. Very happy with our decision to stay here!

A Rare Find

Beautiful view,.great location, clean, cozy and comfortable. All the amenities you need. Wish there was a TV in the master bed but that ended up forcing us to get some much needed rest.

Comforts of home with an beautiful views

We loved the condo and all the amenities. It felt like home for us. Everything was so clean. It was so nice listening to the ocean while enjoying coffee on the deck then down the courtyard to the beach. Plenty of counter space for meals. The whole property very well maintained. We enjoyed the location of property and surrounding areas. All convenient and connecting. We will definitely be back!

Cute Beach Escape

Sands Villa 323 was exactly as described. Great proximity to the beach, beautiful view from the balcony, quiet and comfortable place, and loved the ample seating. Kitchen had all the essentials to make simple meals. It had a great room off the kitchen that I used as an office for work. Didn’t get a chance to use the indoor or outdoor pool, but they looked awesome. Our only complaint is with Vacasa. We received several emails prior to the date of our stay, but none detailed check-in or check-out procedures. Unbeknownst to us there was an offsite location to pick-up keys, gate code, etc. This left us scrambling on arrival trying to figure out how to get in. We had to call several numbers before we figured out where to go. Once we received the key, we still didn’t have the key code to be able to enter the condo. Wanted to mention it here, so that future renters might be able to avoid this issue. Also wasn’t clear if we were able to check-out prior to office hours. Called Vacasa support but still wasn’t clear on check-out procedures. Not withstanding, the house was very clean and we were provided toiletries, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent, which was a nice touch. We would love to stay here again, but just hope Vacasa can fix these procedure problems.

We stayed here the 1st weekend in May. The condo was clean and the King bed was very comfortable. The resort was quiet and the grounds were clean. Private beach access to a quiet stretch of beach. Surprising selection of intact seashells. Several dolphins were playing around the pier during my early morning walk. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi wasn't working despite the facility maintenance investigation. All of our concerns were promptly addressed and we were reimbursed for the lack of Wi-Fi access. Definitely would stay here again!

My wife and I spent a few days at the beach to celebrate our 27th anniversary. We truly enjoyed the location and all of the room. It is within a mile of Fort Macon (we love Ft. Macon) and plenty of excellent restaurants. The villa was clean and everything worked as expected. The large shower with great water pressure was one of the high points. The view is good considering it is on the first floor. We definitely would stay here again.

Condo was clean and well located to enjoy the beach as well as the local food scene in Morehead City. It had a kitchen with all the basics we needed, including a drip coffee maker and a keurig! The AC worked well amd it was a quiet time of year (firat week of october). And the pool was open into October although Vacasa had told us it would be closed. The less good but not big deals: First, pillows were low quality so recommend bringing your own. Second, despite instructions on which remotes to use for which things, they didnt align to the instructions. Finally the sliding door to the balcony needs some maintenance.

Sands Villa has more than we expected amenity wise. Playground, basketball and tennis courts, nice indoor and outdoor pools, super close beach access with a deep beach, elevators and luggage carts available, and close to the bridge and Fort Macon. The condo itself was clean, they provided sheets, towels, dish washing soap and dishwasher/clothes washing pods and had a lot of kitchen stuff. (Bring cookie sheet and Keurig pods if you want them. Also, I would bring your own shower and hand soaps.). I was impressed with the quick and considerate help via text and phone from Vacasa.
