ABPAB89 A Place At The Beach 355

It was great for my daughter's family. Unfortunately pool was closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

We loved how close the condo was to the main stairwell and parking lot. The bedroom furniture was comfortable and had plenty of storage. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies.

We have stayed at a place at the beach many times over the years and always love it and always return. This specific unit was very nice, decently updated with new appliances for the most part and nice beds (definitely a plus as other units the mattresses were terrible). However, there is no ice maker (just note this and plan accordingly). The dryer and couch/sofa were broken and need replacing. None of this particularly interfered with our stay, but definitely made it less comfortable. The biggest thing to note is the location is not as it appears. This unit is the other end of the building from the beach closest to the resort entrance and main office. This means it is also a pretty good hike to the pool and the elevator not to mention the beach. Other than that we loved it. The place was pretty well stocked and everything was clean when we arrived!

We enjoyed our stay, and the condo was perfect for us. having to stop at 2 offices to complete check in process is inconvenient but doable.

Everything was clean and in order. The place was very well situated to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Only thing is the bed was quite uncomfortable (may need new mattress) but didn’t diminish the experience. Be prepared for all those who don’t like stairs. It’s on the 3rd floor but there is a far-off elevator. I would definitely stay there again.

At first, I was skeptical of the location, but after only spending a few hours in the unit, I realized it was perfect for my husband and I. This unit is on the third floor and is closest to the front parking lot. The stairs are right there which is very convenient. You also have lots of privacy because everyone wants to be close to the ocean. We woke up to the sunrise in the morning and enjoyed coffee on the deck with a nice ocean view. after spending an entire day at the beach we came back to the condo to enjoy , the back deck again with the nice breeze and the shade. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you need and you have more than enough towels and hand towels. I loved that it had a washer and dryer in the unit. It was very clean and the best thing of all was the king size bed I highly recommend this unit, we already booked the same unit for next year and we are looking forward to 2025

This was our second time staying at this apartment and in the complex. We loved our time here. They have so much to offer, playground, mini golf, basketball, pickleball, right at the beach, inside and outside pool (with slide). And they even had food trucks and animal exhibition come. The apartment is perfect for our family of four. It is stocked with most things you need. The beds are comfortable. They have games, TVs, and books. It is pretty far from the elevator if you have issues walking. Just for the property owner- the couch is nearing its end. It sinks in completely when trying to sit on it. The dryer barely works & needs to be replaced. We stayed a whole week and a better working vacuum cleaner for all the sand would have been great. The dresser in the “kids room” is broken and the drawers are just loose falling out. It is also extremely light during the night from the hallway. We taped it shut but should consider something there. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay again.

We had the best week with 2 toddlers at this vacation home. The amenities are amazing with pool, mini golf, tee is etc and all sports equipment you can rent. The apartment itself feels loved by their owner. The beds are great, the kitchen is stocked and decorations are beautiful. You can tell it’s a bit older but maintained great. One thing I wanted to note. The outdoor chairs are completely broken which was a bit sad for us because we couldn’t enjoy the ocean view much. Additionally the shower in the master did drip. The lock was very hard to figure out and needs updating. We made it work but someone older would struggle. Overall we really enjoyed it and would def come again

We enjoyed all the amenities and had a great time. The property was loved and the beds were comfortable. The place was lovely decorated. It is on the third floor a little away from the elevator but easy accessible. We would definitely book again. It is great wirh little kids. Only few things that bothered us, shower dripping (easy fix), indoor pool was extremely dirty, and outdoor furniture is broken and needs to be replaced. Besides that, the kitchen was stocked, very pretty decorations, and we had everything we needed. The amenities include mini golf, basketball, tennis, pools, playground and you can rent all sports equipment/books/DVD. I wish the property manager vacasa would have told us the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance.

Absolutely will stay here again, no joke the cleanest and most comfortable rental I think I have ever stayed in. Felt comfortable right off the bat and I am picky about cleanliness when it comes to staying in an unfamiliar place. Beach is perfect and huge, highly recommend! Thank you so much!

Stayed in this condo over Thanksgiving. It was wonderful!!! Had everything we needed to cook a full meal. Would definitely stay there again! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
