ABPAB80 A Place At The Beach 281

The property provides a large variety of activities and amenities to occupy your time. The only thing missing is a fitness room. The first couple days were windy and on the cooler side, so we enjoyed the mini golf, indoor pool, and nearby Fort Macon. The cooler weather made the 3 mile walk near the fort enjoyable and we had fun exploring the salt marsh, especially watching the fiddler crabs. On the warmer days, the water slide and beach were a huge hit with the kids. We saw a pod of dolphins right from our spot on the beach! The condo provided everything we needed except groceries, but Food Lion was just down the road. We even found some boogie boards and sand toys in the kids’ room closet. This condo is centrally located near the elevator/stairs, which was really nice. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back again in a heartbeat. While a neat experience, we found Sand dollar island to not really be worth the money; however, Shackleford Banks was totally worth it! Especially if you are a shell hunter. We found tons of dainty, little auger shells that were so beautiful. There is so much to do and explore here, and this condo is a wonderfully comfortable place to come back to and relax.

We loved everything about this condo! The location was great, the furniture was recently updated, and the layout was great for our family. We had a few issues with the wifi that was remedied immediately by guest services. The kitchen was pretty bare but because we brought some standard items we were able to make all of our meals as expected. We hope to be able to rent this condo again!

Property was very clean and location was fantastic. Super short walk to the beach. Patio overlooks the pool and beach. Amenities are top notch and the resort as a while was immaculately maintained. loved it and would definitely book again! Only cons: dishwasher doesnt work well and neither does dryer(takes 2-3 times to fully dry)

The unit was very comfortable. We enjoyed the fact that they had cable service on the TV. It took a little to figure out the remote.

My family and I loved our stay in this adorable condo! The pictures need updating because there have been updates that make the place much more appealing. The unit was very clean and the view from the balcony is great. The kitchen is small and missing a few essentials - scissors, cookie sheet, etc. but besides that everything was perfect! Highly recommend!

We stayed almost 2 weeks, it was very comfortable. No carpets which I like, it felt clean, furniture felt clean. Location of the room was good. Kitchen was pretty stocked. The weather was amazing while we were there ... mid-late october. The water slide was fun and the beach was beautiful. We would definitely stay in this unit again, we heard from some friends theirs were not as nice as ours.. so thanks!!

You have a great view of the pool. Also the night of the fireworks, you could see them from the balcony. You did not have to go anywhere.

This unit had everything we needed for our week stay. Like other have said, more comfortable seating in the living room areas would be a plus. Comfy beds and a great location to all amenities. Will be back next year!

We have stayed here 3-4 times over past few years and love the resort. Rooms are hit and miss but all in all good.

A Place at the Beach Atlantic Beach, NC is always a great place to stay. Hurricane Ian made the stay a little less enjoyable because amenities were shut down. The room was clean, a little dated, and we only had one key and that was challenging with 2 couples.
