A Place At The Beach offers extensive amenities and one of the best family getaways imaginable - there's practically no reason to ever leave the resort grounds! Can't you just see the excitement on your children's faces as they approach the outdoor swimming pool and water slide or the nine-hole putt-putt golf course? Don't forget about the hot tub, the shuffleboard, the tennis and basketball courts, and the gas grills. There's even an indoor pool should the rain ever decide to move in. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells. This condo is located on the first floor with a courtyard view, offering all the comforts of home! With plenty of seating in the living room for the whole family, you can enjoy your favorite shows on the large flatscreen cable TV or watch DVDs with ease. Step outside, have a seat on the balcony, and unwind in the fresh ocean air. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary major and small appliances (including a stacked washer/dryer in the closet), a dining table for four, and additional seating at the counter. The primary bedroom features a TV, private balcony access, and a private bathroom with a stall shower. Additional amenities include a second bedroom, a second full bathroom, a sleeper sofa, and free WiFi throughout the condo.

5th year bringing our grandchildren to APATB. So many activities that they enjoy. Most people flee the beach during a tropical storm but it didn’t stop us! Used the indoor pool this year a lot! Perfect resort for families with children!

Always a fun time

This home offers all of the necessities, The decor is fresh and fun, I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always been great. I’ve stayed in other condos at the same resort. This one is my favorite.

Wonderful vacation!

Overall, clean and not bad. Some aspects looked a little dated and like they could use a little TLC. (For example, kitchen cabinets and some bathroom fixtures.)
