Fort Macon State Park is less than a half-mile from the property. At home, kick back in the sunlit living room to stream your favorite shows on the smart TV or head out to the private balcony to soak in the views and salty, ocean breeze. The convenient, well-equipped kitchen area makes it easy to plan and prepare meals the whole group can enjoy. Or even better, head down to the shared grill area to cook up the day's catch and witness the sky transform beautiful shades of pink and gold as the sun sets.

From a two great pools, pickleball, basketball, and mini golf the complex offers constant family entertainment. Not to mention the BEACH! Our family had a great time staying here.

This condo was great from one end to other. Some may complain about not having dishwasher but that a minimal thing. The balcony didn't have that carpet like others do. Next year if this condo is available I will definitely stay in it again.

This condo was super clean, well-stocked and updated. It met all of our needs and expectations. The property is gorgeous and so very well maintained. The pool with the water slide was so fun! All of which was as advertised. Although of course not a requirement but what really should have been noted in the description and wasn't, was the size of the property, it's huge, so LOTS of walking, in addition there is only ONE elevator per building, which is located on the very end of the building which is really long. And because this was not described nor was there a map of the property/buildings this condo is on the opposite end of the elevator, on the top (3rd floor) which meant if we didn't want to walk all the way to the elevator to go up and then walk all the way back our end, then we had to walk up flights of stairs. As an older couple, this was difficult and had I know, I would have picked a different condo in the building closer to the elevator. In addition to the walking to just maneuver the property, even though this is an oceanfront property there is also a fairly long walk to the ocean. Again, all of which I think should be noted in the property description for transparency.

We loved this unit! It was just updated with new furniture and carpet. It was very nice and I would definitely stay again. We visit A Place at the Beach every year and stay for entire week. The staff is diligent in keeping this property nice and it definitely shows.

This condo is perfect for a small family to stay at the beach. The accessibility to the beach is super convenient as was parking in the complex and all the different staircases to get to the condos. The indoor pool was perfect for kiddos when it’s a little cold out. We didn’t use the outdoor pool but there were lots of people enjoying the pool and slide. Playground was perfect for a short break from the water. The condo itself was very clean, great bathrooms, beds and recently purchased new sectional pullout sofa. Everything you could need in the kitchen and there are cleaning supplies and pods for the washer. It was also very quiet inside. With the slider open you can hear people playing in the courtyard and the ocean waves but inside you can’t hear much of anything outside or in the hallways. It is on the third floor right next to the stairs which is super convenient but on the opposite side of the building from the only elevator. But they do provide luggage carts to make the trek easier! Great experience here and would definitely book again!

Location is farther from the beach and pool, but is convenient to parking and other amenities. Was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
