Our second time staying in this unit! Loved it this time as much as we did the first..and even extended our stay an extra day! Well stocked, great view, location in the resort is good. Beds are comfy! Appliances are clean and everything functions properly. Loved sitting on the balcony every morning! Knowing the layout of the 'resort' and the check in process made this stay MUCH easier. I look at other units at APATB but we know we love this one, so why go anywhere else?

This unit is definitely my new favorite. The furnishings and decor were amazing, and overall it just felt good to stay there. Even though it's a one-bedroom unit, it felt spacious. The balcony had a nice view of the ocean. As far as the bed... that's probably the best sleep I'd gotten in a while. I can't wait to stay there again!

We have stayed at this condo village multiple times and have always enjoyed it. This time once again, we had a great condo with everything we needed. They provided extra linens and towels in case they are needed. That was a nice touch. We love all the amenities included here also.

Love this unit!

The unit was great, well stocked kitchen, clean, extra bedding and towels. Very comfortable. Great ocean view! Definitely enjoyed sitting on the balcony! The decor was nice, cute unit! Close to the elevator, but not too close …perfect! The resort….due to rain the parking lot was under water, parking was at a premium. The elevator is at the REAR of the building. Park on the side, near the ramp, it will make your life much easier. Pool was nice. Outdoor signs with some directions would help this place A LOT. Everything is very spread out.

Wonderful Vacation

The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. It's the perfect size for a small family/ There were 4 of us. You get a side view of the ocean. My granddaughters already want to go back because they love the pool with the slide.

Our 3-night summer stay was perfect at this little condo! It was small but great for our family of 4. The condo was clean and had all the supplies to cook and eat every meal there, plus a small, very quiet dishwasher. It’s right on the beach with a fabulous outdoor pool and water slide, plus an indoor pool, hot tub, playground, mini golf, and basketball and tennis courts.

This property has everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Although it was perfect for our family of 4, luxury is not part of the equation. It has great staff, amenities, location and safety. We paid a very reasonable price for all of this and set our expectations accordingly. We were not disappointed in any way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to any of my friends with young children. It is a great family option. The unit had bed linens, bath towels, paper products, dishwasher and hand soap, and trash bags. Suggestions for an even better experience: 1) the room could use a broom to help combat the sand from the on-site beach. 2) only 2 working washing (laundry) machines on the entire property. There were several that were not working, but either way, there weren’t enough and people waited days for a washer. 3) there is only 1 elevator for the entire building. It gets really busy at check in and check out and also was difficult for people with mobility limitations. 4) the amenity locations could be marked and labeled more clearly on paperwork, layouts and in the hallways themselves. None of this impacted our experience in any material way and we were very pleased with the value proposition this property afforded. The check in experience was very easy and the staff even managed to get us in a little early, although we did not expect this to happen. Thank you to the owners, property managers and staff for a great time.

We have been staying in various units at this resort for many years and this is the best 1 and 1/2 bedroom unit we have stayed in, decor is up to date, very tasteful, with the furniture it had great space for a 1 and 1/2 bedroom, loved the full size bed in the half bedroom, also loved the two recliners to go along with the couch, in most units the couch is the only comfy seat so this was great to have all comfy seats, will hopefully be able to rent this unit again

Great little place on the beach

This is a great little place on the beach. The only issue I would have is with the checkin process. You need to pickup a packet at the leasing office and then pickup another packet with virtually the same information at another location on the property. The only difference is the one from on the property contains your parking pass and swim bands. I fail to see how these items cannot be included in the packet from the leasing office.
