We enjoyed our stay although it was a quick weekend turnaround.

Remodeled condo, very nice inside with updated features. Very nice view of ocean from balcony. Recreation activities available on site. Beautiful large pool area but it was closed off for sitting/lounging.

The couch had multiple stains on it. The bed sheets in the master bedroom were nasty with hair from the previous renter. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay, we just felt as if the room could have been a little cleaner.

Perfect enough for our family of 5. The rain showers were a nice touch, and the kitchen definitely had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy basic meals with plenty of seating at the table. The apartment wass decorated very cute. Of course we accepted the very, very minor spots that appeared to need updating. The apartment was in a good spot for viewing the ocean and the property itself was wonderful with lots of amenities to enjoy. Our only issues was with the cleanliness, which appears to be reflective of Vacasa's services, not the home. There was sand on the floor and visible garbage and food under the couch. Also, there was dirty silverware mixed in the drawer with clean silverware.

She gave the kids pool toys but then would be picking them up while they were playing & right in front of us parents. She just made you feel like you were a bother really. Her 2 days off we had peace & no one even approached us.

The condo was in a great location. We visited in the off season and it was quiet. The pools and outdoor activities look like they will be a lot of fun for the kiddos! The condo itself was small. But would easily house my husband and i and our two teenage boys for a week. We have stayed in a lot of different condos and houses and hotels at several different beaches. This was by far the cleanest condo i’ve ever stayed in.

The unit I stayed in was close to the elevator and stairs and beach access. The view was amazing! The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The ocean was amazing! The Condo is perfect for a family of 4! Very nice spacious rooms and they provided all the supplies needed for the kitchen 😀

Loved the view and the relaxation. Had a great week with just minor problems. Had to agree with the terms of service for internet every 2 hours which interrupted anything you were doing. TV in the main room box said it was on limited mode and wasn't working. Wasn't enough to cause a problem as we rarely spent time in the condo to watch TV. To take luggage up and down to the condo was a game of find a luggage cart. Unfortunately with only 4 carts for the entire building be prepared to possible carry all your items up by hand in the elevator. Automatic timers on the lights does make a shower go dark rather quickly so if you find a dent in the tile in the shower I apologize as my head may have made that while being shocked by the sudden darkness. Overall we did love our experience! Vacasa was great to work with and the building office people were super nice.

There was an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony. The location in the condo setting was wonderful in regard to the outdoor pool and the ocean access. They had really cute games for the kids to play the day after Easter!

This has to be one of the best units in what is one of the best beach properties. You can see the ocean from the balcony and have a great view of the pool and play areas. Unit was extremely clean. Have been coming here for years and would definitely choose this unit again.

Location and amenities were great! The kids loved the water slide and tether ball. Beach access was perfect. Only complaint was motion sensor lights in the bathroom where too bright at night. Would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful unit. Perfect for our family beach trip. Great view. Clean unit with good furniture and updated finishes. Bed in master is super comfortable. We will definitely book 317 again. 5+ stars. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
