This sound-side condo is a quick stroll to the beach and two-and-a-half miles from Circle Regional Beach Access and is appointed with everything you need for an unforgettable stay at Atlantic Beach. The sunny living area offers comfortable furniture, a cable-equipped TV, and access out to a furnished screened porch. Back inside, prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, and then dine at the attached breakfast bar or the table for four. Recent upgrades include new luxury vinyl plank hard floors and updated bathroom vanities. Additional amenities include a desk and chair, washer/dryer, dry bar with a beverage fridge, and complimentary internet access. Additionally, you and your guests can enjoy on-site amenities including three shared, outdoor swimming pools (one sound-side and two oceanside), tennis courts, grilling areas, basketball, and a sound-side fishing dock. At the end of blissful days, enjoy a short walk to restaurants and ice cream.

Island Beach and Racquet Club (buildings G and H) is our favorite place to stay! We like the sound side buildings the best because there is a nice size swimming pool that has never been crowded, and there's a shaded area if you desire to get out of the sun. We like the relaxing atmosphere that can't always be found in some condominium complexes. It's a short walk to the beach and there are two convenient pedestrian walkways to use to cross the street.

Booking process was super easy. Vacasa was prompt to sending updates and giving needed info for trip. Check in very easy with keypad code provided. The layout of the condo was very good, adequate space for the 5 of us (4 adults and 1 child), well equipped. Vacasa gave us a courtesy call on Saturday to check to make sure everything was ok. Told them the hot water was not very hot, technician came out and checked it out within 20 minutes. Check out process easy. The only thing that would have made our experience better is changing out the queen mattress, but it wasn’t intolerable. Would definitely recommend this unit and will be using vacasa in the future.

Loved the layout of the condo. View of the pool. Easy to walk out back to the fishing dock. Roomy and very clean. Definitely would stay there again. Highly recommend.
