You'll enjoy amenities that are perfect for any family, including oceanfront swimming pools and kiddie pools and a Junior Olympic-size swimming pool and lighted tennis courts located on the sound side of the complex. Grab a luggage cart and take the elevator to the third floor, where A-306 awaits. In this corner position, you'll be treated to views to the east and west, extra windows, and a position that's one of the closest to the ocean. Inside this three-bedroom, oceanfront condo, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with all major and small appliances to make keeping the family fed stress-free and simple. Make plans for tomorrow's adventures around the six-person dining table, or cozy up with the family in the open living room and catch a movie on the flatscreen cable TV and DVD player. Step through the sliding glass door to feel the cool ocean breeze on the balcony overlooking the pool and the beach, or have a seat on the screened-in balcony and watch the sunset as the waves roll onto the shore. At night, the primary suite provides its own TV, a private open-air balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The rest of the family can choose the perfect bedroom for them - a second bedroom with a private half-bath or a third with twin beds. Additional amenities include a full-size washer/dryer in the front screened foyer and free WiFi throughout the condo.

The view is breathtaking and convenient if you need to spot a loved one if they went ahead to the beach or pool. The apartment is so spacious and has such a cool and calming feel. The stay was perfect. It was quiet and the private access to the beach gave a VIP feel.

We loved everything about the place . It was close to the pool and convenient to the beach. We would switch the bedrooms up placing the twin room with the half bath and the queen near the hallway full bath . The bottom shelf in the refrigerator needs replacing . Those were things that were mentioned. It was affordable not outrageously priced . Our week was wonderful and the condo was perfect for our growing family. Thank you for sharing with our family.

The condo was very pleasant and clean. The flooring and furniture were current. A couple of items could use updating, such as a smart TV. If renting here and streaming apps are your thing, consider a Fire Stick until there is confirmation of an updated TV. Beach access was convenient and the pool is just below your view of the beach. Shopping at Morehead City is close for any "forgotten items". For the foodies, many great restaurants within 15 min of the condo. If you're a golfer, Crystal Coast Country Club is less than 2 miles away with an excellent layout and possibly the purest greens I've played.

Pros to this condo Gorgeous view from the master bedroom and living room. Oceanfront Was very homey and I felt at ease the entire time The pool was incredible The property comes with monopoly and me and my groomsmen got three games in the weekend stay The condo was clean and up kept

We had a wonderful time during our stay here at Atlantic Beach. The condo is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. There is a super cute taproom that is just a short walk down the road. We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. This condo has a great retro feel and all the necessities you need to enjoy a trip to the beach.

This unit has a lovely view of the ocean and additional light from a skylight. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. We could see the pool area from the balcony to check whether our grandchildren were there. It is a short walk out to the beach and also to the boardwalk to the sound area across the street. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

We enjoyed staying here! Views were beautiful, we loved being able to see the storms roll in off the ocean in the evening. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Kitchen was well stocked for light cooking. Great beach crash pad!

You can't get much closer to the beach. Very nice pool and grounds kept nice. Access to the beach by private walkway. Has a gazebo on top. Spent the late evenings watching the surf. This was the 2nd time we stayed here and will be Making a spring reservation. We first came to Atlantic beach in 2000. We been coming back about every year since.

Private, Oceanfront Condo

We booked this unit for the oceanfront location, unobstructed views, easy walk to the beach on a romantic wooded boardwalk, pool and tennis courts. We were not disappointed. In fact there were unexpected bonuses like linens on the beds already made and towels in all the bathrooms. Previous beach rentals always required us to bring our own linens or rent them. The unit also provided a few necessary incidentals like soaps, shampoo, dishwasher packets, laundry pods, and coffee filters. The dishes were pretty. Central location is a great description for this unit. The Atlantic Beach sand was powdery and almost white. We saw clear, green ocean water that was warm and demonstrated the "Crystal Coast" nickname for the area. The natural shelf beach was lovely. There was no lifeguard stand in the area but lifeguards go up and down the beach regularly on all terrain vehicles. We were 3 miles from the Pine Knoll Shores Aquarium and about 8 miles from Fort Macon State Park. Both are worth visiting. There were a couple of disappointing updates to the description....The home owners association recently ended renter access to the fitness center. Tennis courts and pools remain accessible. There was no DVD player in the unit. However, the smart TV was a BIG upgrade from what is shown in the pictures, as were the Lazy-Boy style recliner couch. The wifi was excellent. We bought tongs and kitchen scissors and left them in the kitchen as a small contribution to a great beachfront rental.

This was a comfortable condo though dated and in need of some repair. Regardless, both kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped, and 2 balconies made it nice to see both ocean and pool. Staff immediately addressed and resolved an issue.

After a bit of a shock at our first glance my family of five found this condo to be quite comfortable. My wife was taken back when she noticed the stained pillowcase in the Master bedroom, my fastidious teenage drama princess was beside herself over some miscolored carpet in the twin bedroom and the missus refused to shower in the Master Bathroom after finding what she swore was mold on the shower curtain. The kitchen sported enough pots and pans of various sizes to feed our family of five and the full sized washer and dryer were major conveniences. The speakers to the stereo system would impress the guys who put up Stonehenge but they don`t support the television and the radio reception is not impressive. There is dedicated WiFi in the condo that kept two teenagers and an almost teenager connected to the world. My teenage son couldn`t leave home without his gaming system and we used that to stream movies from our Netflix account. The views of the ocean are great and there is easy access to a pool and to the beach. All in all 306-A is a good place to stay. It isn`t perfect but it served us well during our Atlantic Beach adventure. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
