Enjoy your very own oceanfront, 30-foot outdoor pool and deck at this lovely home in Atlantic Beach, completely renovated - both inside and out in 2021. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a new kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances and cabinets, two remodeled full bathrooms, and bedrooms that include two primary suites. Enjoy all the charm of an older beach cottage - a large dining room, wood floors, an oceanfront screened porch - as well as conveniences such as an indoor beach shower, an outdoor shower, a washer/dryer, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, a dishwasher, and free WiFi.

Nice beachfront location with parking for 3-4 vehicles. Quaint older home with a large modern addition for the primary master suite. While all on one level, there are steps found throughout the house and property. Having a private pool is an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider coming back again. Our biggest surprise was the front seat we had for the July 4th AB fireworks!

Oh, Pagoda. Where do we start! Dealing with Vacasa was a dream. Before the trip we were sent all the needed info. On arrival, picking up the keys at headquarters was a breeze, and checkout was just a quick key drop off. We will look for their properties specifically in the future. The house was amazing. The history behind it was so cool and we loved being a part of it. The layout was unique and everyone loved the feeling of having their own separate quarters while still having the central family/dining room and kitchen. The pool was spacious, the perfect depth and temperature, and we had to literally pry the kids out of it every day for bedtime. They provided tons of floats and seating. The rooftop porch made for a beautiful ocean sunrise and sunset coffee break. The location was superb. Directly on the beach and walkable to lots of restaurants. This will definitely be our new yearly vacation retreat!

All on one floor with multiple areas for conversations, games and puzzles. The dining room table was large enough to accommodate family meals. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed except for a large pot for “low country boils” which are a tradition on our annual beach trips. The art work on the walls is amazing. The ocean was perfect as always. We plan on returning next year!

This was a great home right on the beach with a pool. Plenty of room as we had 6 adults. It was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The covered parking was also a plus. Very nice place for a group or large family. We would love to stay again.

We had a large group and this house held everyone and provided enough space for all. The private pool is a major bonus and is convenient for when someone doesn’t want to go to the beach. The house is older than some of the other homes you can rent but provided a great beach cottage atmosphere.

Amazing house of your dreams

There is probably no better house in Atlantic beach. This is walkable to all of the best things to do, and ocean front with a pool in your yard. The house is quirky and some rooms are small and it needs a grill!!! But all in all a truly dreamy property

Perfect Family Vacation

We loved every minute, the beach, the pool, the sitting on the screen porch listening to the ocean and of course home cooked dinners with our family. It was a perfect vacation, thank you! Oh and the artwork was fabulous!

This cottage is very charming. We loved the older style and character of the house with the newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Three of the five bedrooms had king size beds and it was super comfortable for our whole family. The pool area and upper deck were awesome! Easy path over the dunes to the beach was great. Perfect vacation! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
