ABCT121 Toes in the Sand Unit A

It was good. We had stayed in that unit before a couple years back so had a good idea of what to expect. We really appreciate you working with us to fix our reservation through booking.com that switched dates unknown to us till we had booked. The main thing I wish was better was the shower. With only the hot water on and no cold water it was luke warm at best. But overall in a good, convenient location and comfortable. Atlantic beach realty is doing a good job from the couple times I’ve stayed with them.

We stayed in Atlantic Beach for 4 nights. The location is great. It was a very quick and easy walk to the beach. It is also great that the beaches are dog friendly.

We stayed here for a week and it was exactly as pictured, location was amazing! 3rd row back and a 3 minute walk to the beach. It was exactly what we wanted and the area was very nice. Surprisingly quiet even though there were people in the unit beside us, we were super happy about that! The house was bright and fresh and we would absolutely stay here again for another vacation.

Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to several restaurants and beach access. Short drive to Beaufort, Moorehead City and Fort Macon. This was our 2nd time staying in this location. Perfect for pet owners with the fenced in yard!

We loved the location of this property. It was a short walk to the public beach access and very close to restaurants, shopping, and the aquarium. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, and the property was easily accessible. There was ample parking and the property has a fenced in yard for pets. We stayed with our young daughter (1 year) and it was perfect. We would definitely stay there again!

This rental was quiet and conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. It was easily accessible and pet friendly. The beds and couch were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with dishes so we were able to cook. There was ample parking. We traveled with our young daughter (13 months) and we had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely adored this place! It was bigger than I expected, and had plenty of space for 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) plus our pup! Having the fenced in backyard was a big plus! The check out instructions weren’t insane and very easy to follow. The walk to the beach is super short and you are close to the small boardwalk and the pier. Plenty of dishes for all your meals in and they even have pet bowls :) 10/10 would recommend and stay here again!

Place was great and spacious. More than enough room for a family of 4 or more. Pets, very spacious fenced in back yard for the hounds. So, no walking required. Will definitely book it next year when we come down

I love this little house. So much this was my 2nd time here. I will be back again. Great location, can walk to everything. Kitchen so we do not have to eat out every day. Placed grocery order before leaving VA and picked up upon arrival. Most important my furry friends were right there with me.

The little blue house was so cute. Check in and out was a breeze. Other than a steam pot we picked up at Walmart everything needed was on site. We packed the fridge from the local foodlion. Beach and bars were walking distance. The best was my 2 furry family members were safe and happy while I was in the sand. The cute little fenced in back yard was great to let them off the leash while we sat out there with them. Nice 7am walks on the beach with them was wonderful. Even though those 2 do not like the ocean. We will return!!

Everything was easy from picking up keys to drop off. The unit was clean and cute. We only needed a steam pot for shrimp Everything else was on site. We packed the fridge from the local foodlion. Beach was walking distance. Most of all my 2 furry friends were safe and happy while we were on the beach. Cute fenced in back yard where we could let them off leash while we watched them. Would recommend. Will stay again

Some friends and I came down after graduating college and had a blast. Close to the beach. Walking distance to bars and good food. Nice quiet location, yet close to all the local attractions like the fort, aquarium, beach, Beaufort and Morehead.

We first came across this house last year for a last minute spring break. It was perfect and allowed us to bring our dog with us. I sought it out for us again this year a little later so the weather would be warmer. It’s the perfect size for us and only a 3 block walk from the beach allowed us to go to the beach daily. It has everything we needed for the week. Loved it!

This unit is fabulous! Has all the amenities needed, comfortable and cute! So close to the beach and Atlantic beach center! My only negative feedback is not with the unit but with Vacasa. Having a 4 pm check in with small children where you can’t know if you can get an earlier one is not very customer friendly. To also provide that an early check is possible but then say it’s not Vacasa policy is not ok- my family and I waited 3 hours to check in. Seems late check out with a payment for more money is possible! The prior rental company was way friendlier! One woman in the office started to fight back with me verbally!

This is a cute little duplex that was the perfect size for us and being that we were able to bring our dog made it that much nicer. It was a close walk to the beach each day and the fenced in back yard was nice. Although we had good weather, I`m hoping we can make it back sometime when the weather is a little warmer. I`d love to be able to stay here again. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
