Great location and close to everything the beautiful NC outer banks has to offer. This was my 11th year in a row visiting Atlantic Beach and this house goes in my top 3 locations.

If you are looking for the perfect location for a fishing trip, this is it! Directly on the waterfront with a great dock and boat lift. Quick and easy access to the inter coastal waters and beautiful views. The house is surprisingly large and has a great backyard. Great for a family and/or fishing trip.

This house is very spacious. We stayed there for seven days on a guys trip and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is laid out excellent. I highly recommend this home and do you plan on reading this home on my yearly fishing trips.

Home was in a great location. It was convenient to places we needed to go and enjoyed the dock and water view. We enjoyed the back deck too. Would have been great if we would have had a boat to bring. Maybe next time. House was perfect size for all of us. It had additional living room up stairs and our teenagers were able to have there own area to themselves. It was great that we could bring our dog too. Great place to stay.

We loved watching the fleet leave every morning. The dock accommodated our 27 catamaran nicely. Very private street with great views of AB bridge and Morehead City. We would recommend and stay there again.

Great location. Beautiful views. Kitchen needs a few more items. Beds are not the most comfortable but overall it was a nice place to stay.

Rented this place specifically for the boat lift and it’s great location. The house was spacious and we had plenty of room. Appreciated that they had dog bowls that my pups could use :) We really enjoyed the back porch and used the grill a few nights. Will definitely consider renting this place again.

The house was laid out well and a great choice if you have older family that needs things on one floor. And if you have a pet, there are food-water bowls already provided. The kitchen was the favorite room to gather in and has an array of kitchenware and small appliances to get the job done. The views were great; mornings from the front and sunsets from the back porch. Will definitely plan on staying here again.

Super fun place to stay. Charming house, and boats coming and going throughout the day. Amazing view of the bridge without any real bridge noise.

The only complaint was I wish it was more clear as far as where to check in and check out, such as a text that morning or an email that morning. Had to search and search on the app to figure out how to get the keys for the house

The house was obviously completely renovated recently as everything in the house was brand new. Large kitchen, new appliances, very nice. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were (again) new and nice. With that being said, once you see the backyard, you will not want to go back inside. Large back yard with private dock and boat lift (which is really convenient to keep your boat from getting bounced around when others pass). The kids had a blast fishing and crabbing off the dock (and they caught a good many). Close to everything and on the point! You can tell the home is well maintained and ready for you to walk in and start relaxing! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
