The room and amenities were top notch. Everything about the stay was 5 star except for the noise from small children running around upstairs. On my next stay I would definitely opt for a top floor unit

The home was very clean and in a very nice area. It was equipped with very nice things and spacious. Parking was easy and not hard to find open spaces. I highly recommend and would love to use this property again in the future!!

The interior is beautiful and the furniture fits well with the decorations. The motif is beachy...the condo is convenient to beach access and pier. Restaurants, Put Put, and grocery store are just a mile or so either direction.

We stayed at this home for a weekend trip away. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The home is very nice and had everything we needed.

We had an amazing stay at Pelican Point! The condo was spacious, clean, and super comfortable, making it the perfect spot for our retreat. It had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a cozy living space where we could relax and unwind. The location couldn’t be better—just a minute from the beach and a short drive to great local spots including the Crystal Coast Country Club. Plus, the setup made it easy for our group to hang out and enjoy our time together. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Atlantic Beach, Pelican Point is a winner! We’d absolutely come back.
