Every Independence Day, Beaufort's Annual Fourth of July Parade turns historic Front Street into one of the Crystal Coast's liveliest celebrations. The parade runs from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on July 4th, winding straight through downtown Beaufort's charming waterfront district. Expect decorated floats, vintage cars, marching bands, and the crowd-favorite Sweet Potato Queens in their signature colorful costumes. The event draws visitors from across the region, so arriving early is the best way to snag a good viewing spot along the route and find parking nearby. It's a perfect way to kick off a full day of Independence Day festivities on the coast, especially if you're planning to catch fireworks in Atlantic Beach that evening.
