The quiet simplicity of Pine Knoll Shores will have you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated in no time. This condo is located on the ground floor and easily accessed from your parking area. The spacious living area, with a large TV and DVD player, provides comfortable seating for everyone. The generously equipped kitchen makes feeding the family a breeze. You can gather everyone around the dining table and enjoy a long-needed family meal or a morning on the balcony with a freshly brewed cup of coffee. The primary bedroom offers the luxury of a smart TV, private access to the balcony, and a private full bath. One guest bedroom provides access to the hall bath, and another offers a smart TV and a private full bath. We love the location of this room. We love being a short walk from the beach. It offers plenty of space for our family of 6.

We really enjoyed this property. We were sceptical bc other reviews didn't like this property being on the first floor bc of not being able to see the ocean from the porch. That's 75% true but while we couldn't see the ocean fully we could still see a good chunk of it. What we absolutely loved about this property is it's 200 steps from the porch to beach( yes we counted 😂) We were able to set up our beach camp ( canopy, chairs, skim boards, etc) and come and go during the day. We went back to the condo for lunch instead of packing it all then go back down to the beach. My daughter who is not a huge beach kid (13) was able to walk back to the condo when she was done for the day. They also have a pool so when we were tired of waves ..to the pool went ! Another plus is there are hoses at the house to rinse all the sand off everything. Its a great place to stay! Highly recommend

We werent sure about being on the first floor but it ended up being a great decision. We still had a view of the ocean and the ease of getting to and from the beach was worth it. The landscaping outside the patio was beautiful and the beach itself was absolutely perfect. The water was warm and clear. The beach was clean and there was hardly anyone else there, except for the weekend which was still manageable.

Loved being on the first floor, just steps from the beach, with a large private porch! The landscaping was beautiful and the outdoor pool area was clean and spacious. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed!!!

We really enjoyed the back porch area and the close and comfortable walk to the beach and pool. It is a beautiful and very peaceful area.

This condo helped us host our families with children. It is comfortable, clean and the bonus . . . it is on the ground floor which helps the kids get easily onto the beach.

This is a beautiful condo, clean & so well maintained. It`s convenient to the beach & pool, and to shopping & restaurants. We loved our visit, very peaceful community, made for a very relaxing vacation. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
