Spacious home comfort and a convenient location just a short stroll from the beach are yours at this Pine Knoll Shores paradise. Boasting a prime, ocean-view location within easy reach of the beach, local dining options, and attractions, this three-story gem comes complete with private amenity offerings including a pool table, a grill, and multiple outdoor areas.

A private path right off the back deck leaves you just steps from the beach. On the route, be sure to stop at the restaurant inside the Pine Knoll Shores Inn for some great local dining. A scenic pond, a public swimming pool, tennis courts, and a marina are also just a short walk from the home. The North Carolina Aquarium, Crystal Coast Golf Course, and Fort Macon State Park are all located within easy driving distance of the home. You'll love the home's secluded location surrounded by trees at the end of a private cul-de-sac. Ocean and Bogue Sound views abound on either side of the property.

The ground floor features a dedicated in-law suite complete with a convenient full kitchen and a full bathroom. The main floor is designed for household gatherings, with an open layout blending together the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. An oversized sectional and a smart TV are ready to welcome casual family downtime while the billiards room sets the stage for some friendly competition. Plenty of cabinet storage, ample counter space, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances are equipped for family meal planning in the main-floor kitchen. The main-floor deck offers the perfect spot for coffee or cocktails. Three bedrooms are located on the third floor, one of which is the primary suite complete with a large en suite bathroom and private access to ocean and sound-view balconies. Everyday home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Nice house second stay at the house. Well stocked kitchen and the elevator makes the house very usable for our old lab. Thanks will stay there again.

The vacation home accommodated our family well. It has all the basics, a short walk to the beach and the layout was perfect for 10 people.

We’ve stayed all over the island over the years, this house compares favorably to many at higher price points. A few little things keep it from perfection but it’s a great stay that we would do again. Location: Handy, easy beach access as stated Home: spacious. Could use a few more kitchen dishes but the appliances are all very nice and cooking there is easy. The elevator was a must since we have a limited mobility family member and it was great. Overall everything we cared about was as it should be, the home was clean, quiet and in a great spot.

The house was beautiful and the beach was super close. It was an easy walk even with two toddlers. The community pool was nice too! We were initially staying in the Atlantic Beach area but had to move to Ocean Escape in Pine Knoll Shores after a storm. Sandy from Vacasa was super helpful and made the transition very smooth. The customer service was top notch!

Overall we enjoyed the home! It was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of storage space for anything and everything, especially in the kitchen and the master bathroom. The kitchen appliances were great, never had a problem. The ice maker in the kitchen was a great thing to have to keep our small coolers filled for beach trips. The kids enjoyed the giant bathtub in the master bathroom. The elevator was awesome! We weren't expecting to have one, and it was great to have to haul all of our luggage to the 2nd and 3rd levels. Although, not used, the small living area on the 1st level was very nice and cute. It was also nice to have 2 garages. The outside shower and hose was nice to have to wash the sand off from the beach. We also appreciated the supplied linens and towels. It is nice to not have to pack those items. They were very clean. Also, appreciated the toiletries that were provided. Also, the pool was nice. We enjoyed it. A few cons - One, having a door that leads to the balcony, from the kids room, is a concern. We actually made our own way to lock it from the outside so the kids could not have access to the balcony. Second, maybe a gate at the top of the stairs on the 3rd level, since the kids room leads right out to the top of the stairs. Third, if you can, have a few board or card games available in a storage cabinet or on the shelf in the living room for families to enjoy on rainy days. Fourth, our garbage was not picked up on the days that it said that it would be. Therefore, on check out day, the cans were overflowing and contained water bugs that were getting all over the garage floor. All in all, we loved the house and would recommend it to anyone wanting to vacation in the area. It was close to the beach and the walk was short. The neighborhood was also great. No complaints at all. It was nice and quiet.

This house was a great size and layout for our family of eight people! The kitchen had everything we needed to make family dinners almost every night, and the walk from the beach was really easy and quick. We would definitely return!

The Great: Loved the location and spaciousness. Easy to access the beach, pools, tennis/pickleball, and basketball goals. 15 minute walk to the marina. Great spot with privacy, but close to Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle and their amenities. 25 minute drive to Beaufort. Couldn’t ask for a better location or the open floor plan on the main level for everyone to enjoy each others company. Highly recommend! The Not as Great: Although communicated by VACASA, ice maker in the freezer and dishwasher did not work properly for part/all of the week. Some updates to fixtures (sliding glass door blinds) and sliding glass doors themselves (rusting on tracks on 3rd floor), not easy to open. Driveway can be a bear for larger vehicles (Tahoe/Suburban size). All in all, very minor issues for the value and location, would highly recommend!

Nice location for beach access and Aquarium. There’s also plenty of parking available, despite description. 2 garage spots with 2-4 outdoor spaces before driveway.
