This is an updated second-floor condo overlooking the beautiful Crystal Coast oceanfront! With two bedrooms and two baths, this lovely condo offers a queen bed in the primary suite, as well as a flatscreen TV, a ceiling fan, a screened-in balcony, and a private bath with a shower stall. Your guest bedroom offers two twin beds, a ceiling fan, and a flatscreen TV. The spacious living room offers lots of seating and a large flatscreen TV, a DVD player, a ceiling fan, and balcony access. We’ve stayed in this unit for several years. Except for a few minor issues, (which were addressed by maintenance quickly, courteously and professionally), we find the unit to be well equipped and comfortable. Owners might consider updating the mattresses and pillows but overall, a great stay.

This condo is right in the middle of the beach plenty of things to do just a short drive in either direction down the beach. The condo itself was clean and neat. It has a nice view of the ocean from a screened in porch. My suggestion to the owner was update the ceiling fans to lights and fans. Currently you have to find lamp switches. But overall its absolutely great. Two things to keep in mind and its nothing the owner can fix.. 1. If you have a larger truck it wont fit in the designated parking spaces. I used the guess spaces. 2. The design of the condos allows your neighbor to see in the living room if they are on their balcony. Simple fix was to close the blind.

I received numerous emails prior to arrival describing rules and check-in procedures. Everything was easy. They sent me a virtual tour of our condo and it was exactly as advertised.

That was just what I needed. After a very hectic week, I just needed to not see people. This place was perfect! The building and tenants were so quiet. We had the beach to ourselves for the most part. I will definitely stay here again.

This condo was very clean and furnished nicely. The kitchen was very nice with all the amenities needed. We loved the ocean views from the open deck as well as the screened deck. Especially enjoyed being able to leave the screened patio door slightly open at night and hearing the roaring sound of the ocean crashing onto shore. Would definitely rent this condo again. This was our first time at Pine knoll Shores and we enjoyed the area very much. Lot's of things to see and do. Fort Macon and the NC Aquarium were both interesting. Beaufort, Swansboro, Indian Beach and Emerald Isle did not disappoint.Cox Family Restaurant was delicious (great seafood and reasonably priced) and so was Smithfield Chicken and BBQ (great Brunswick stew). We hope to be back soon

We loved looking at the beach if course. Having been coming to the area for 50 yrs, I knew the unit would be older but be updated as much as possible. It was clean.

Great ocean view , ocean accessible on the other hand was horrible. Had wooden walk way in need of repair that lead to cliff you had to climb down and good luck getting back up . Very disappointed with that . Condo was very clean although had a musky smell.

This condo was clean, well-decorated and very comfortable. It's very quiet (except one day maintenance decided to use the leaf blower most of the day.) Other than that we enjoyed our 17 day stay with the ocean waves beautiful sunsets, shops close by and an excellent seafood dinner at Snapperz in Moorehead City on Arendell (route 70). I highly recommend this condo at Pine Knolls, NC and using Vacasa to take care of the paperwork.

This condo was simply charming, a great size for a couple or small family, but also not too large for a solo getaway. It's on the third level (yes, there is an elevator!) with two porches, one of them screened, looking out directly onto the beach. A wooden walkway made for easy access to the beach. The decor was perfectly beachy, everything ocean without being kitchy. Kitchen was well equipped, everything we needed. The condo was also spotlessly clean when we arrived. We would definitely rent this property again.

It was very clean. Great location. The couch is not comfortable. The beds are high to get in and out.First night there the elevator was out.

We enjoyed the layout of the condo. Traveled with my husband, teenage daughter, and her friend. They enjoyed having separate beds in their room and we all appreciated a second full bathroom!!! Two decks overlooking ocean (one screened)..well appointed with all essentials. Great pick!!!

The view we had waking up in the morning was amazing. The beach was very close with easy access. It was also nice to have a full kitchen and laundry.

The view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful. We love the simple walk to the beach and how this area isn’t crowded. Everything you need is supplied at this condo. One of our favorite places to relax.

It was clean and the facility was mostly modern. The air conditioning/ventilation system is superb. The balcony view was breathtaking and a nice breeze welcomes everyone. I would recommend renovating the elevator, bathtubs/showers, and beds.

Grateful for the elevator to the second level after a previous stay elsewhere that there wasn’t one. Loved the close-up ocean view from the balconies off of the bedroom and living room. Kitchen was perfect size and well-equipped. Clean and all appliances worked well. Nice, large tiled shower in the master bath.

Enjoyed the house, could use some updating. Great view and easy access to the walkway to the beach. Queen bed is very hard so if you like hard you are good. Kitchen well stocked. Loved that beds were made and towels provided. One recommendation would be to update pans- all scratched up-easy, inexpensive and impactful. We will rent again.

This condo was fantastic. We have never stayed in a condo, and after renting a real dump last year at Oak Island (not from Atlantic Realty) I was nervous about my choice of rentals. I redeemed myself with my family with this condo. Super nice from front to back. Updated everything, private deck off master bedroom. Nice TV`s in all rooms. Condo is really more spacious than pictures present. The condo complex has a really nice pool with nice lounge chairs. There are live oak trees around the pool providing shade one on end. Just a really beautifully landscaped place. Would highly highly recommend to anyone. Beach rentals just don`t get any better than this! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
