Indian Beach is conveniently located between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach so you will have access to lovely beaches (just a short walk from your door), a variety of shops and restaurants in Emerald Isle, the North Carolina Aquarium in Pine Knoll Shores, the historic Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier, and the Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area offering self-guided trails and wildlife viewing on 265 acres. Nearby Morehead City has all the “bigger city” amenities and daily fishing excursions, while Beaufort (the third oldest city in North Carolina) is a lovely historic town with fun shopping, fantastic dining, and scheduled boat excursions to the barrier islands. Inside this large comfortable two-bedroom vacation rental, discover a well-equipped, full kitchen, a dining table for mealtimes or rainy day games, and a living area with comfortable seating and a TV for evening movie nights. This space opens out to a private, furnished balcony. The neighboring maritime forest provides a naturally beautiful setting accompanied by the sounds of singing native birds. A large shared deck over the sand offers another exterior space for enjoying your morning coffee with ocean views or cocktails and glasses of wine at sunset. These incredible sunsets can also be enjoyed indoors from the main room and the kitchen. We had such a wonderful stay at this condo along the Crystal Coast! The space was spotless, well supplied, and so comfortable—the beds and couches made it easy to relax, and I especially loved the kitchen. Beach access was super convenient, and we spent countless hours between the gorgeous pool and the sand. The on-site laui was a fantastic bonus—we enjoyed lunch there daily and loved being able to jump right back into the fun afterward. Indian Beach itself is so charming, with plenty of shops and restaurants just a short drive away. This condo truly had everything we needed for a perfect family getaway, and we can’t wait to come back!

This is one of the two cleanest and best-kept vacation homes we have stayed in. It was in a great location, not crowded at all, and not commercialized like Myrtle Beach and Ocean City. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Elevator carts a buggies. Made it easy to get your groceries and suit cases etc to upper floors Close to beach. Just off Hall deck and down the steps Place provided for beach gear overnight. No carrying to room. Beautiful decor and everything you needed. No ocean view from deck but beautiful sun Rise and set

The condo is very nice-super clean. We didn’t realize this condo is at the front of the building , but it was nice and a very short walk to the beach. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

Our family recently stayed at Colony By the Sea in unit 201. We have stayed at Colony By the Sea for many years, and we love it! Unit 201 surpassed our expectations! Since we are familiar with Colony, we knew that 201 is on the road end of the building, so not much of an ocean view. Trade off is that there are extra windows in the kitchen, and a great sunset view. The unit is well equipped, and had everything we needed. We gad our own chairs and Shibumi, but there were some chairs and an umbrella in the closet. If you stay here, be sure to stop by Big Oak and grab a Shrimp Burger!

It's evident that the owner takes pride in this property. It is well equipped - short walk, with deck and stairs right to the beach - spacious - conveniently located to both ends of the island. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.

Condo was clean and close to ocean and pool. It is an end unit so neighbors on one side only.

Loved the decor, the rooms are large and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen was the best equipped one we ever rented, from coffee pots to chowder pots, plus spices and cans of easy food to prepare. The beach was easily accessed; if you like shell collecting, fishing, walking the beach, and quiet time watching the waves, this is the place for you. Also very close to excellent restaurants and donut shops.. The Crab Shack and Hang 10 Donuts were GREAT. Also the NC Aquarium is perfect for all ages with plen;ty of easy walking trails with benches to rest .
