Spend your evenings on the front porches watching the pirate tours walk by or out on the patio enjoying the garden. Home was centrally located and I did not have to get back into my truck once I arrived. The house was very spacious and all of us felt like we had our own space within the house. Backyard was lit up and was nice to sit. Front porch and balcony were also really nice places to sit.

What a wonderful place! Great rooms, lots of places to gather and hang out with family and friends, everything is well appointed and comfortable and the house is one block away from Front Street in Beaufort. Great parking, great patio - we can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful house in a beautiful area. Driveway is difficult to navigate in a larger vehicle. Kitchen is well stocked and plenty of extra linens. 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom is not in the main house, its in the carriage house.

I loved this historic house, even though it's old,it's comfortable with plenty of room. Even if you have kids with you. I loved the extra mother-in-law cottage out back. And the patio area out back. And I can't say enough about the location, can walk to see everything. I will stay there again.

Still Standing is the perfect home for a coastal vacation. Accommodations are lovely, the kitchen is well-appointed, and the location cannot be beat. We will visit again!

The house was a great location - close to the public dock which made boating very convenient. We enjoyed the more traditional North Carolina style of home while providing up to date amenities.

The house is one block off Front Street so you can’t beat the location. Kitchen has all the stuff you’d expect. Draw backs include a patio in dire need of weeding, 4-5 water bugs throughout the week and a highly frustrating back and forth over a broken ceiling fan that never was fixed during the week we stayed here.

We loved the location! Very walkable to enjoy all Beaufort has to offer. Beautiful historic home with modern amenities including a well stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, and laundry! Very pretty courtyard and two covered porches to enjoy the outdoors. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Golly, we loved this house! Such a perfect location, a lovely street and a dreamy historic home! It accommodated ourselves and our four young children very well. Anytime we ran into a (minor!) issue the rental team was responsive and courteous.

We had a great weekend in Beaufort despite some gloomy weather. The house was well suited for our needs and allowed a friend visiting from out of town to have her own space away from our rambunctious and early rising children! It’s a quick 3 minute walk to the shops on Front St. We would definitely stay here again!

The layout of the house was perfect for 2 couples with enough gathering space but also separate bedrooms/bathrooms allowing for good privacy.
