This condo was located in a great area,and so clean and wonderful for our short vacation!

The beach was very clean and beautiful. Due to this rental being at the far end of the complex and the complex being set back further than surrounding properties and further than other beach rentals we have stayed at, this made for getting to the beach if you have any mobility or knee issues a little harder. The view of the ocean from the rental was great. WIFI was great and had no issues streaming. Restaraunts and activities were all close by. We enjoyed the pool but the hot tub was not working during our stay. Traffic was light at all times in this area and there was not the congestion you get in some beach areas. Also the beach itself was never crowded.

Love the Sands Villa complex! The condo was clean and pretty, just bring your own pans to cook and detergent to wash dishes. We had so much fun!

Great place to stay. View of the ocean though in front of the dunes. Great balcony to watch the sunrise. Nice outdoor and indoor pool/hot tub. Really enjoyed the trip.

The condo is exactly as pictured. The pool was clean and well maintained. The beach was beautiful.

My family had a great stay. The view was beautiful, home was clean and roomy. This has to be one of the best places I have stayed since we have started our trips to the beach 10 years ago. Customer service(Vacasa) was outstanding. There were a few small issues but nothing major with some of the appliances. The building itself is a nice quiet place, family friendly, two pools, and easy access to the beach. Definitely would stay here again.

Loved everything about 216. Spotless, beautifully decorated. Everything you could need in the kitchen. I have bad knees and loved the huge walk in shower in the master. Other bathroom has tub and shower. Can't wait to go again.

The Sands Villa is a perfect spot for a relaxing beach holiday. We drank morning coffee while listening to the waves break on the shore over the dunes, played pickle ball in the morning, relaxed on the gorgeous beach, dipped in the pool and met some fabulous folks while staying at the two bedroom unit we rented. The unit ‘s layout is great and was well stocked with appliances and towels. The full-sized washer and dryer were also a great feature. The mattresses were comfortable in both rooms. The wi-fi, tv’s and air were in good working condition. The sofa cushions could use a bit of stuffing, but it’s clearly because they’ve been utilized by many folks. Honestly, we enjoyed the stay .

We love Sands Villa. There are some challenges with this unit. Being an accessible unit which is great, you lose your storage cabinets under the sink. With there already being limited storage in the kitchen, and the pantry locked off, the only place to store groceries is on top of the fridge or counter. The owner also has the bottom of the one side of the closet you have access to taken up with a locked chest. The master needs a new mattress badly as the current one creaks loudly with every move. Beds in spare bedroom were comfortable and furnishings are fine. Unit was clean. Definitely bring bug spray if you’re sitting on the balcony,

We have always enjoyed Sands Villa Properties & 216 was another wonderful unit. This condo is well kept & has a lovely view of the ocean.

The unit was great could have been cleaned better.. your on the beach so they should leave a broom or vacuum to get the sand up. THE VEIW was breath taking
