When you book this beautiful first-floor suite at Sands Villas, just four miles from Shevans Park, you can step right off the elevator to arrive at your door. Enjoy a spectacular view of the outdoor swimming pool from your living room or your balcony. You'll love the large and open living space that includes a wet bar and dining area when you settle into the living room to watch a good movie on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The full kitchen includes granite countertops, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. The kitchen is fully equipped to help you prepare your meals and there is plenty of seating to enjoy a meal together at the dining table with seating for four guests. The kids can chatter away from the bar stools at the counter. The primary bedroom has a queen bed with a wall-mounted TV and a ceiling fan, plus a great pool view. The main bath is private with a walk-in shower and granite countertops. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a ceiling fan. There is a separate den area when you enter that has a sleeper sofa and wall-mounted TV. The full bath in the hall has a walk-in shower and granite countertops. Sands Villas has elevators, an outdoor pool with outdoor bathrooms, an indoor pool, tennis and basketball courts, and shared outdoor charcoal grills along with gated access. Free WiFi is included, as is a private, stacked washer and dryer.

This was a perfect location! The ladies at the check-in were very friendly and all the amenities at the place were perfect. Only suggest we had was black out curtains in the bunk room to block out the hallway light and fix the blinds in the kind room. It is located right at the corner and was a worry people could see us change.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is perfect for families, and the condo is just the right size. It is clean, and we appreciated the linen service. The updates are nice and the affordability is wonderful. 100% recommend.

The villa is perfect for everything you need. The pools are nice but why do you need a pool when just over the boardwalk is the beautiful emerald, blue ocean. Everything was great in the home, my only recommendation is that if you have a problem, don't bother with the office on site the manager is unfriendly and don't call the VACASA number that is on the paper on the wall onsite or that you receive in the text and definitely don't text it (it is a robot). Call or go visit the local VACASA office, the manager Erik is awesome.

The condo was great. Right off the elevator and close to the pool and beach access. Clean and comfortable. Much larger than it looked in the pictures. Would definitely stay here again!

I was shocked at the beauty and space of this property. This was my first time using Vacasa and honestly for the price I did not know what to expect, but I was surprised at the space we had 3 adults and 2 children. Everyone had plenty of living and sleep space. It’s a very spacious and quiet area. We had a view of the playground, beach, and outdoor pool. Indoor pool was clean and we had a blast between that and the hot tub. Location was great for food and any items we needed everything was a 5-10 min drive tops. The Vacasa staff were also very friendly and professional with their courtesy call upon checking in. We will definitely be returning and using Vacasa in the future 😊

We came down for an extended weekend and it was great. The view was not the best but we expected that for a 1st floor unit but we were very close to the indoor pool and playground. This was perfect for us with kids.

Don't let the online pics fool you. This condo is much bigger than it looks. Right in front of the elevator. Corner condo and to us was the perfect location. Vacassa scored 💯 again!

The property is only a few hundred yards from the beach and faces out to the pool with the beach just beyond. We enjoyed walking from our room straight out to the beach every day. We also enjoyed using the property amenities like the outdoor pool and indoor hot tub. We especially loved our balcony with rocking chairs. The unit was a corner space with privacy and great noise cancelation, which made the whole experience very enjoyable. Loved the spacious peninsula countertop...the room layout was well thought out and very functional. Only recommendation we have is to bring your own grilling supplies if you want to use the outdoor grills. We forgot to bring ours and there aren't metal tongs or other utensils in the room that are useful to grilling. All other dishes and cooking utensils were well stocked and supplied. We had an issue with the cleaning upon arrival, which was quickly and thoughtfully addressed by the management. Nate was awesome and made our stay extra fun by not only addressing the concern but going above and beyond to recommend various things to do around town and introducing us to an awesome lunch spot with great food and drinks. His hospitality and attentiveness made our trip into a five star experience that we def want to come back to for years to come. Def recommend!!

This was perfect location to the beach. The pool was right outside the room and the beach was on the other side of that. The room was spacious enough for 6 of us. It was a great stay!

Very nice condo. The location of the complex is perfect. It’s in a more quiet section of Atlantic Beach and very close to the Ft. Macon State Park. The condo is very roomy and nicely decorated. It had everything you needed. The king bed is very comfortable. The view was very nice even being on the first floor but it’s really the second floor because the building is on stilts. The outdoor pool is very big and pretty. The walk on the boardwalk to the beach is also nice.

Nice condo. Pretty kitchen. Enjoyed having a Keurig. We liked the keyless entry. We also liked that the entry is across from the elevators and the entry is enclosed so the wind is blocked.

We loved the beach and the pool! The place was very nice and enough space for our little family!! The bed in the master bedroom was not very comfortable though. The place was clean and well kept though. You can’t see the beach from the condo and this condo is directly infront of the pool.
