The Atlantic Ocean awaits just across the dunes from this beautifully decorated, oceanfront condo on the fifth floor of Sands Villa Resort, where you can take in a gorgeous view of the water from the private balcony off the living room. Amenities of this condo include a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), a private washer/dryer, three TVs, a DVD player, and free WiFi throughout. On the grounds of the resort, you'll find facilities and conveniences such as indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an exercise room, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, a courtyard with grills, and elevators for easy access.

Sands Villa 518 was great! Plenty of room for a party of 6! The unit was tidy, spacious, well decorated, & had a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Easy access to the beach and the pools (indoor & outdoor) Beautiful oceanfront view from the room! The grounds at Sands Villa is beautiful, well maintained, clean, and well laid out so everything is easily accessible. We greatly enjoyed our stay at Sands Villa and will definitely be going back again!

The Sands Villas has been our "beach home" for many years, and unit 518 is our favorite. Well-appointed with a spectacular ocean view.

Great location if you want to explore Morehead City and Beaufort during your vacation. The condo was comfortable and the facility was quiet and everyone was friendly. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at condo 518. It was excellent views are incredible. Condo was very well maintained and could not ask for a more comfortable place. Have stayed at other condos in Sands Villa and this by far is the best one. Would like to thank the owners for letting our family rent and hope to return again.

Location is great. Sets far enough off highway for quietness. Only issue is lock can be troublesome trying to lock and unlock door to condo. Condo has been updated and is in good shape. Have spent several trips to it in recent years.

Local Management is happy to report that we are currently upgrading the door locks for all of our managed properties for the 2026 season to a more user friendly model.

We loved the balcony. Loved it. Loved it. The home itself was well furnished with ample seating. The dining table only sat 4 but there were bar stools. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cutlery, etc. and we were provided with dishwasher pods and a small container of dishwashing liquid which was all we needed. We all slept well even though there were no ceiling fans in the bedrooms - understandable as the ceilings were a little low, but the AC kept us comfortable. And the balcony . . . The pool was nice, although it needed more shade. Perhaps a sail or two like what was on the boardwalk. The proximity to the ocean was excellent.

I have my.own timeshare weeks at Sands Villa. Wheever I need a 3 bedroom this is the one I go to. Mine are also on 5th floor.

Wonderful view from this well appointed condo. Clean, nicely laid out, and great kitchen and showers. Bring your own beach chairs/umbrellas. Beach is very walkable, and in May, not crowded. Grills for BBQ first rate. We will return.

Even during an artic winter storm the heat kept up! Nice views but too cold to venture out to the beach! We had a nice holiday there.

We had an amazing week of beautiful weather. Unit 518 was clean, well provisioned, and updated. About the only negative thing I can write is that the wifi is insecure. I’d prefer to have a pw on the wifi so I could do a little work stuff, but no one should be working here who doesn’t have to. On site office manager was of great help as well. This property is perfect for our family who brings a very large boat. Easy in and out and a full wash down location just for your boat. Love it love it love it! We had a minor glitch with our reservation — but Nate and Kyra were simply amazing at getting everything fixed for us. I can not say enough great things about the local Vacasa team here on the island.

Ocean front with great view of the ocean but also the sound side. Very nice condo! Very nice for four adults and two smaller children.

The Place was really Nice and very Clean . Call ahead though if you choose to use the indoor pool . It was Open but the heater was Broken for our entire stay. Water was Ice cold. Our stay was in April and our Kids were very disappointed . Kids love Pool Time. Something they should have disclosed at Booking.

It was recently remodeled and everything was so new and clean. Plenty of towels and sheet and pillows. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the appliances were new. And the addition of a third bedroom! Wow. The condo was the best place that we have ever rented. So quiet and wonderful.

This condo is exquisitely decorated ! I felt like We were in a HGTV home , absolutely gorgeous! The kitchen was well stocked and everything was like new ! The condo was very clean too ! This is definitely our new favorite!! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
