Description

Enjoy a lovely view of the outdoor swimming pool and the open Atlantic Ocean at this oceanfront condo on the second floor of Sands Villa Resort. Inside, you'll be greeted by a living room with a flatscreen TV (with complimentary Netflix and Amazon apps) and a DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private washer/dryer to refresh your bathing suits and beach towels after a day spent on the beach. There are TVs in the bedrooms as well to help lull you to sleep. On the grounds of the resort, you'll find amenities and conveniences that include indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an exercise room, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, a courtyard with grills, and elevators for easy access.

We love the location. The condo is spacious and perfect for 6 people. The pools are very nice and always clean. The staff at Vacasa is always very kind and ready help if needed. We will stay again!

Perfect location and price is very fair but level set expectations. Unit has some wear and it shows. Kitchen has way too much stuff. It's accumulated so much over the years and the cabinets are full. Owner needs to go thru them and toss a lot of extras. Unit could afford a few furniture updates in the bedrooms. BUT, overall, it was clean and Vacasa was great to work with. Only thing that nerked me was the bunk beds weren't made when we arrived. All the other beds were. If you want a clean unit that's a great location and prices very fair, this is a solid unit. My recommendation to the owner is to clean out the extras and do some cosmetic fixes and updates.

My sisters and I planned a last minute trip to AB, and have always been pleased with the Sands Villa’s amenities and accommodations. This visit was no different. Condo was nice, quiet and very convenient to the elevators and beach. Furniture was comfortable and unit was clean. Vacasa was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond our expectations after the first rental developed issues only a few days before our arrival. We don’t typically eat out a lot on our visits, and have stayed in quite a number of rentals at the Sands and other locations. The only recommendations you will need to consider for this unit. In the kitchen there is an ample supply of dishes, pots and pans and utensilsl, but you will need to bring everything else you need. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, there is ample room to maneuver around furniture, but with all tile floors, they will need shoes that have a good grip. Commodes are not handicap. We would definitely recommend this unit, and would not hesitate to stay in it in the future.

We really enjoy Sands Villa. The property is well-maintained and beautiful. It offers an outdoor and indoor swimming pool a direct route to a vast beach and a quiet haven. However, the condo is a bit tired. It needs a deep clean, a paint job, new mattresses, and bedding. Otherwise, the condo has everything you need for a fabulous vacation. For those who are detail oriented: the kitchen has plenty of glasses, plates, bowls, and silverware. There our pots and pans and mixing bowls, a Keurig, coffee pot, a drip pot, and a blender. There is not much storage space though. The Wi-Fi is great. There’s a TV in every room with lots of apps. There are plenty of outlets in the rooms. The balcony has four chairs and a table overlooking a beautiful view.

The photos shown are exactly how the place looks. It was very clean and had everything one needs. The grounds are very nice. The pools are nice and just a short distance to the ocean. The restaurants nearby were also very good. Would like to go back to this place again.

Location was perfect! This is a wonderful section of Atlantic Beach. The pools were lovely and the playground a very nice surprise. Sleep to the sounds of the surf and walk the beach in a 2 minute stroll up the private boardwalk. The condo was nicely furnished and very comfortable for our family.

Close to everything in the area, only steps to lots of beautiful beach. Great layout. Especially loved the pools!

We absolutely loved Sands Villa 225. The location on the island was great very easy to get to very clearly marked. On a slower end of the island. Short distance to shops and food in Atlantic Beach, Morehead City, Beaufort. The place was clean sand free. Indoor Pool was clean and hot tub was marvelous. Great ocean view with no obstructions. Two minute walk to the beach. Very clean very spacious beach. Best for families and couples. Third bedroom with bunk bed is more of a half bed room but great for teens. We rented bikes and road around town and to Fort Macon. I recommend this location.

Needs updating and fresh paint. Baseboards need work. Property was clean and well appointed. Could use some new bed pillows as the ones on the master are worn and flat. Condo is in a good location that is convenient to everything there is to do, see and eat in the area.
