Miles of pristine beaches are within close proximity of your stay, and when you aren't by the water, check out the area's fun rentals and excursions like parasailing, paddleboarding, surfing, deep-sea fishing, and shelling. Also nearby, explore the city's popular boardwalk, Fort Macon State Park, and a plethora of delicious local restaurants and shops. Inside the vibrant walls of your top floor retreat, you'll find soft seating and a large TV in the spacious living room, as well as a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking small snacks, or simply storing your leftovers. Sleep easy amongst the plush bedding in the bedrooms and refresh your clothes in the private washer/dryer. You'll find many board games, books and beach supplies to enjoy, and you'll even find a folding office table - perfect for remote work. If you have a little one, no need to bring your own Pack n' Play, since one is supplied. A true focal point of your stay - expect to spend many sun-filled afternoons on the ocean view balcony, where the air is balmy, and the sunrises and sunsets are stellar. The family-friendly Sea Spray complex includes an outdoor swimming pool, a kiddie pool, shared charcoal grills and picnic tables. The complex also has an accessible ramp walkway to the beach.

It was a cozy place and the mattresses were very comfy. It is a long trek to the ocean. The air conditioning unit works very well. It stayed nice and cool. The pool area is nice as well.

I’ll begin by saying that the view from this condo was 5 stars. We loved being able to sit on our private balcony in the bar height chairs and watch the unobstructed views of the ocean! Absolutely gorgeous! There were occasional rain and thunderstorms during our stay, but no problem, as we could still enjoy the view from inside! This is an older condominium complex community but this unit was well kept and clean. We did have a small issue upon arrival with a ceiling fan so we called the rental company. Our repair guy was there within 15 minutes and fixed the problem in no time! The amenities were everything we needed during our stay. The furnishings were clean and adequate for our needs as a family of 4. It was also nicely decorated. The appliances were not top of the line but were fairly new, very clean and functional. There was free Wi-Fi, and smart tvs in the living area as well as both bedrooms. Also supplied were lots of games and puzzles, books, lots of beach toys, beach chairs, a cooler, toiletries, towels, extra blankets, lots of pots and pans, plenty of dishes and silverware, even a wide selection of spices. The only thing we needed were groceries. And that wasn’t a problem as the grocery store was only a couple of miles away. A negative with this unit was that it was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. However we knew that at booking, but being senior citizens, it was sometimes a challenge. Parking wasn’t a problem as we were able to park close to the stairway entrance. This condominium complex was very quiet and we felt very safe during our entire visit. It was a little hike out to the beach, but the outdoor shower was extremely helpful in cleaning the sand off of ourselves as well as the chairs. I would definitely recommend this unit if you don’t mind the 3 flights of stairs as the view makes it all worth it!

We loved the location of the property, it takes a short to the beach (probly around 3 minutes), and with a nice partidial ocean view (there are some dunes partially blocking the view, but it was ok). Place was clean and with all the ammenities needed. I definetely would come back

The view was wonderful....it is set back from the ocean, but nothing between us and the sea... Except the dunes.

The condo was awesome for my 2 girlfriends and myself. Perfect amount of space. The view was awesome. Just keep in mind, its a third floor condo and there is no elevator access. Loading and unloading can be a work out.

The view of the ocean was perfect! It was convientally located near everything from restuarants to grocery store. Alot of steps but as the days went on they got easier. Condo has everything you would need to have a great stay !!

The balcony and view from Seaspray 313 was great. No fault of the owners, but it is a little bit of a walk to the beach. May be difficult for out-of-shape, or older, folks. We loved it though. Clean, not cluttered.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed and the location was great! It was quiet, the beds were comfy and the AC worked well. Beach access was on the property and we could be to the beach in no time. The overall property was well maintained and clean. We enjoyed it so much! The only issue for those with mobility issues is the third floor location. You do walk up several stairwells so you get your steps in!

This resort was family friendly, located in a nice area away from most of the crowds, and had all the amenities we needed. It is located on a wide stretch of beach with plenty of room to spread out. Third floor with no elevator is a challenge, but we knew what we were in for. The condo was stocked with everything we needed with starter sets of dish soap, dishwasher soap ands laundry detergent. Nice washer and dryer to keep towels fresh.

The apartment was very clean. Bedrooms were a good nice and beds were very comfy! Loved the kitchen/dining and living room area. Bonus having a washer and dryer! Close to a grocery store and restaurants. Great experience!
