With parking for two cars, you will find the perfect getaway for you and your family. Allow yourself to drift away in the outdoor swimming pool or watch the children romp in the kiddie pool. Take the walkway down to the beach and dip your toes in the water or take a walk along the shore and collect seashells. It's the perfect place for a vacation! This complex is conveniently located to area amusements and offers laundry facilities on the first floor and charcoal grills on-site. Condo 319 is a nicely furnished, non-smoking condo on the third floor and offers an ocean view from the balcony. With two bedrooms and 2 baths, your family will get the quality time you've been needing. Cozy up in the living room on the sleeper sofa and catch up on shows until the wee hours. Enjoy a sunset cocktail on the balcony or watch the beautiful sunrise in the morning. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area is the perfect place for your family meals. After you tuck the children into the guest room with two full beds, sink yourself in the comfort of a king-size bed of the principal bedroom with a TV and a private full bath. The free WiFi access makes it easy to instantly upload your favorite vacation photo! And just to make your vacation a little bit brighter, we will supply all your bed, bath, and kitchen linen. Your beds will be made when you arrive! All you need is your sunscreen and a beach towel. You will find laundry facilities on the first floor to help keep those beach towels clean.

We had a lovely time at this condo in August - it is close to the beach. Use public beach access ramp right next to the property if you bring a wagon for beach stuff like chairs, boogie boards, cooler etc. though. Security staff and residents here were all very friendly. The area is very nice and short distance from Fort Macon State Park, Oceana Pier, and many other attractions. Would definitely recommend this property and we are grateful for having spent a wonderful week there as a family.

We really loved staying here it was so nice and quiet with no screaming kids. We will definitely come back in the future. Just a heads up if you have pet allergies I wouldn't stay here because there is a lot of pet hair in condo. It didn't bother us but could make others think twice.

The location was top notch. The lay out of the apartment was conducive family living and came well equipped. Ocean view from the balcony was a great feature. The pool and surrounding grounds were immaculate. The major downfall was climbing the 3 stories of stairs.

The view was beautiful. I want to give the condo 5 stars based on the view. The master bathroom is tiny which we expected but is very old, the shower is rusted on the outside facing the vanity and the vanity is falling apart on the bottom. The walls of the condo are buckling in areas, I am guessing from the ocean air and humidity. The decor was cute and beachy. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen and thoughtful extras like the dishwasher pods, shampoo/conditioner and blow dryers. The master bed is uncomfortable in my opinion but others may find it fine. I would have loved 2 more chairs on the balcony so the four is us could have sit out there together.

We loved staying at this Atlantic beach condo, being on the 3rd floor and ocean facing gives amazing views even from inside! Sitting on the balcony and drinking coffee in the mornings was my favorite way to start the day (along with a walk on the beach with the super fast/direct access). The condo was very clean and stocked with the essentials, and worked great for us needing to work remotely too. We look forward to coming back very soon!

This condo is great! The location is nice, easy access to the beach, and a nice view! It was very clean and welcoming. Only suggestion would be in the guest room to add a black out curtain to help with the light coming in from the hallway.
