A Place At The Beach offers so many extensive amenities to the visitors of this resort there's practically no reason to ever leave the grounds! This private resort offers one of the best family getaways imaginable. Can't you just see the excitement on everyone's faces as they approach the outdoor swimming pool with the water slide? Spend some quality family time at the nine-hole putt-putt golf course. Rainy days are no problem with the indoor swimming pool. Oh, and don't forget about the hot tub, shuffleboard, tennis and basketball courts, game room, elevators, and shared gas grills. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white, sandy beach of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells. This oceanfront condo is located on the third floor and has all the comforts of home! With plenty of seating in the living room for the whole family, you can enjoy your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV with cable or watch your favorite DVD. You can also use the sleeper sofa for additional sleeping if you need it. Step outside and have a seat on the balcony to unwind with a good novel and breathe in some of that fresh ocean air. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary major and small appliances, and for dining, your family can gather around the dining table for six. Additional seating can be found at the counter. There is a stacked washer and dryer in the closet to keep everyone looking their best. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, private balcony access, and a private bath with a shower stall. The guest bedroom located near the second full bathroom has two twin beds, perfect for kids. Take advantage of the free WiFi to research a new adventure or post your favorite memories!

Oceanfront room, loved the water slide, pools, beds are comfortable, kitchen is stocked and loved having a washer and dryer. Affordable pricing in August. We will book this rental again. Basketball court, short walk to beach! Family friendly!

Loved the oceanfront view. Unit has carpet in the living areas, and it felt damp from the humidity. May need a dehumidifier. Other than that, we had everything we needed during our stay. Will book this unit again in the future.

We come yearly to celebrate “Family Time”… The unit is perfect! We enjoy gazing at the ocean and sky from the deck. The weather was beautiful on the Atlantic Coast. We dock our boat for the week less than a mile away. We found seashells on daily walks to the beach, enjoyed both pools, played pickleball every morning, and found sand dollars on shell island. We grilled fresh fish from our boating adventures, prepared low boil, and hit several restaurants for lunch. Shopping was definitely a plus. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this condo and will definitely be back. The view was great and we were able to sit back and watch the dolphins a few times which was amazing!! Master bed was comfortable only downfall was the sun rising which makes the bedroom super bright really early. Second bedroom tv wasn’t working so the kids ended up sleeping on the sleeper sofa which was fine. We will definitely come back in the future.

The resort staff were very friendly and helpful. In general the resort was clean and had nice amenities - they were putting a lot of work into it during our stay. The condo was dated but had everything we needed and the view was better than we expected. Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle, and the surrounding area provided more than enough good food and things to do. We took a ferry to Carrot Island to see the wild horses and collect sand dollars.

Great view of the ocean! Very clean, and quaint, at the end of the hall. I would certainly stay there again if I were visiting the area.

Our family of 4 spend a few days here. First, the view and location are perfect. Nice little balcony to enjoy looking at the water. Spotted several dolphins and some cool fishing boats. Inside, everything was nice and clean. The kitchen was well equipped compared to many rental units. It had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals and bake some snacks too. We appreciated the dishwasher soap and laundry pods to make it convenient. There were also several nice family touches including games and puzzles, sand toys, and a few other outdoor items. The resort itself was a huge benefit. Indoor pool open year round, with a large outdoor pool open in the summer. Our family particularly loved the 9 hole putt putt course. In the courtyard, there was a small playground we used and some nice green space too (the office has several balls you can use). Of course, the main attraction is the ocean. You’ve got a straight shot down a boardwalk to be on the water. It was quiet when we were here in March which made it the best location for shells I’ve ever been to. Overall, it was a wonderful unit in a fantastic resort. Highly recommended.

The view is amazing. The 2 bedrooms are nice and have super comfy beds. The pull out coach however is horrible, we were 6 people and 2 of us got not so much sleep and backaches. Comfy living room too!

We loved waking up to the ocean waves crashing in the shores! The house was just as expected...clean and spacious for the 6 of us! The amenities were an awesome touch! Hopefully the outdoor pool will be open next time we come! We were unaware of the renovations being made, which we understand need to be done 🤩

I picked this 3rd floor unit because the side corner wall and back wall with balcony are all windows. It's on the 3rd floor and nothing is blocking your view. It's not but a few steps to the elevator making it easy to unpack and get to the indoor heated pool and hot tub.

Been going back to APATB for 5-years running now. Always relaxed. No issues. This places is great. Could use some more pillows, and a posted survey of all the kitchen items (aka - it does have a Kuerig & coffee pot) would be helpful. APATB is awesome!
