A Place At The Beach offers extensive amenities and one of the best family getaways imaginable - there's practically no reason to ever leave the resort grounds! Can't you just see the excitement on your children's faces as they approach the outdoor swimming pool and water slide or the nine-hole putt-putt golf course? Don't forget about the hot tub, the shuffleboard, the tennis and basketball courts, the game room, and the gas grills. There's even an indoor pool should the rain ever decide to move in. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells. This third-floor courtyard condo, accessible by elevator, features an ocean view balcony, a comfortable living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and free WiFi throughout the living space. Coin-operated laundry facilities are on-site as well.

We stay here every year for the amenities. It’s amazing for people with children, and right on the beach too.

My wife and two 10 yr old twin girls have stayed at this resort 3 times since 2020. ('23&'24) This was the first time in the L bldg. It is a good location with great view of Ocean, pool, play area and even the sound. The water slide at the pool is a very cool feature that kids and adults enjoy equally. Lol. Also, the beautiful wide laid back beach. That being said, this room is about 200 sq. ft. smaller than the K bldg rooms and the kitchen area is pretty tight. This is most likely reflected in pricing. We love APATB!

Great location! Nice amenities! Close to great restaurants and site seeing. Great for families. So much to do on the property. You wouldn't really have to leave if you didn't want to. Highly recommend.

The room was a bit dated, but for the price I can’t complain. My biggest issues were that the “king size” bed was actually a Queen (Not a huge deal, but I would like to receive what I pay for), and the seating definitely isn’t ideal for a party of more than 3. If they added better furniture (couches and chairs) and added better beds, I would probably book again next year.

Have been in and out of home tending to my 80 year old mother with health issues. The condo was very clean and quiet. A really good place for me to decompress after a trying day. The view of the ocean and the sounds were just what I needed. Great place to stay.

Over all the house was okay. Pictures were accurate. It Could have used more touches geared towards the renter, but over all, it was a great fit for us. The location was perfect. Would stay again.
