A Place At The Beach offers extensive amenities and one of the best family getaways imaginable - there's practically no reason to ever leave the resort grounds! Can't you just see the excitement on your children's faces as they approach the outdoor swimming pool and water slide or the nine-hole putt-putt golf course? Don't forget about the hot tub, the shuffleboard, the tennis and basketball courts, the game room, and the gas grills. There's even an indoor pool should the rain ever decide to move in. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells. This third-floor, courtyard condo is full of color and light. Enjoy a living room with a 32-inch TV, a DVD player, and a CD player/stereo, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There's also a private balcony, free WiFi throughout the condo, and coin-operated laundry facilities on-site.

I really enjoyed my time in the condo at A Place at the Beach. Condo was so nice and clean and resort was beautiful.

I spend the majority of my time(if I’m in the condo) sitting on the patio! It overlooks the pool, ocean and you can also see the sound! It’s the selling point for me!!

I always enjoy sorting on the porch looking over the pool and out at the ocean!! It’s what I enjoy most about APATB!!

This was a smaller unit at the beach unit 309. It was technically 1.5 bedrooms, but had a twin and trundle which was big enough for our younger boys. It would be harder for a family of 5 in this unit because the other beds are pull out sofas. It has a tight galley kitchen that had everything we needed to cook. We were disappointed by the cleaning crew but that was communicated to Vacasa and they were responsive. The resort was great for kids under 10.this room had a nice ocean view and was centrally located within the resort. Could have used a few updates and a cabinet in the living room to double as a pantry/storage. That was our biggest issue.

We've stayed here many times over the years for our annual beach trip. It has a great view of the courtyard and familiar amenities, but the thin mattress is a problem.

Great little no frills beach condo for the price. Great location on the beach, nicely maintained with the exception of the master bedroom mattress was in need of replacement. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, etc…… beach chairs were a very nice bonus to use. Very clean and would consider renting again.

The unit was perfect for our family of 4. Great view of the beach, sound, and pool from the balcony. The kitchen, although small, had all we needed to prepare quick meals. We had a wonderful week away!

We were pleasantly surprised with how great our stay was. We were a little nervous with not so great reviews we had read. Our experience was wonderful. The place was very clean and comfortable. Yes the kitchen is tiny but I am not on vacation to cook so it was perfect for our needs. We had an issue with the AC not working on Sunday and when we called they ran down with fans and a window unit until they could get someone out the next day. They checked in to be sure we were comfortable and let us know when to expect the repairman. We would definitely stay there again. They were very pleasant to deal with when we needed to call.

A bit dirtier than we expected. Outdated definitely. Every time we cooked even the simplest dish the alarm would go off because the kitchen is so small and doesn’t vent right. HOWEVER, The maintenance crew and the front desk and Vacasa were on top of things when something went wrong. It was impressive. They made our stay in our tiny apartment (a full month) more welcoming and less stressful. . The place is old but maintenance keeps up with it like it’s their baby.

This place was a nice place away from home. It was kind of small but it worked perfect for us. The home had our basic kitchen needs and towels and bedding were a plus for sure. The couch pulled out into a bed and 6 people can comfortably sleep in this unit. We had a great vacation in this unit and would recommend this place.

Location and amenities were great to have on site. We enjoyed walks on the beach, grilling, and sitting by the pools. We were close to stores, shops and restaurants. Our boat was 1 mile away at Anchorage Marina for the week. We had adventures fishing and boating from Atlantic Beach to Cape Lookout Lighthouse and docking at restaurants in Beaufort and Morehead City.
