A Place At The Beach offers extensive amenities and one of the best family getaways imaginable - there's practically no reason to ever leave the resort grounds! Can't you just see the excitement on your children's faces as they approach the outdoor swimming pool and water slide or the nine-hole putt-putt golf course? Don't forget about the hot tub, the shuffleboard, the tennis and basketball courts, the game room, and the gas grills. There's even an indoor pool should the rain ever decide to move in. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells. This nicely upgraded, oceanfront, corner condo, is located on the second floor, with easy access to the beach walkway. Relax on the balcony with great views of the ocean, sunsets, and the outdoor pool. The light & bright, freshly painted in 2025 condo has a living area with plenty of seating, including a sleeper sofa and loveseat where you can comfortably enjoy your favorite shows on the cable TV. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen with new quartz countertops, a stacked washer/dryer, and space to dine at the new six-person table. The primary bedroom features its own TV, a ceiling fan, and a completely remodeled en suite bathroom with a walk-in, beautifully tiled shower. The second bedroom, located near the hall, fully remodeled bathroom with new steel tub and tiled surround, is perfect for the kids.

Loved the location and ease of getting to the beach, indoor and outdoor pools and playground. The washer and dryer came in handy. Close to an aquarium, restaurants, shops and other small towns. Definitely will be back. Great for families!

The unit was very easy to access from the beach or pool, which was very convenient. The view from the balcony was great, allowing us to see the ocean and pool, which was very relaxing. The clothesline was a bonus for drying towels and bathing suits. We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to make a meal. Overall, incorporating a few more updates and suggestions mentioned to enhance the unit would improve the stay.

We love APATB because of the amenities--indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, mini golf, and especially the water slide (perfect for everyone from little kids to adults). This is one of the best units. It's spacious and since it's on the 2nd floor it has a good view of the ocean. It's a corner unit, on the side near the outdoor pool. The unit was clean. Necessities such as trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a roll of tp for each bathroom, and a few dish and laundry tabs were provided. There's enough kitchenware to cook every meal (which we did). Vacasa's communication was great. We had a great trip. Thanks!

View was great and it was a short walk to the pool and beach. The kitchen was rather small so there wasn’t a lot of room to hold our groceries/pantry items but we expected that with a condo. We locked both keys up in the condo and Vacasa was great with assisting us to get back in the condo.

This unit has to be the best one on the property. Direct ocean front, close proximity to the boardwalk leading to the beach, and a quick walk to both outdoor and indoor pools. The unit itself was very clean, comfortable and updated. All basics we're provided for the kitchen, so cooking was very simple. We'll be staying here again!

The owners of this unit have updated various items in this unit over the years, and every time we stay there we get a nice little " surprise" with something new. This is a beautiful, well- maintained unit and we will definitely stay there again! Thank you Owners!!
