A Place At The Beach offers extensive amenities and one of the best family getaways imaginable - there's practically no reason to ever leave the resort grounds! Can't you just see the excitement on your children's faces as they approach the outdoor swimming pool and water slide or the nine-hole putt-putt golf course? Don't forget about the hot tub, the shuffleboard, the tennis and basketball courts, the game room, and the gas grills. There's even an indoor pool should the rain ever decide to move in. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells. This oceanfront condo can be found on the second floor of Building K, where it enjoys lovely, direct views of the Atlantic. You'll have an ocean view balcony, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a private washer/dryer, two TVs, a VCR, a DVD player, a phone, and free WiFi throughout.

We had so much fun the staff at the place by the beach were friendly helpful all the people staying there was friendly it was a great vacation the beach was gorgeous the pool out doors was amazing and never too crowded. They had everything from waterslide to putt putt I am staying there again it was wonderful price quality and staff 10/10. Bad WiFi, and the maid service was a tad subpar. But the great time over shadowed any kind of gripes. We are going back for sure it was an amazing stay.

We love the location of this unit in particular. It is close to the stairs, the indoor pool with still a small view of the ocean. The unit needs some updating especially the mattress in the master bedroom, as it was terrible. The kitchen needs better stocking or bring stuff with you if you plan to cook. Otherwise it was very clean and comfortable for our family of four for a week stay and we love all the amenities a place at the beach has to offer!

Unit was clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked. Especially liked little things like nightlights, extension cords, extra wall hooks and cleaning supplies. Would definitely rent again.

A Place at the Beach worked well for our trip. The pool and beach were easy to access, the room was clean and well-equipped, and the gated property made us all feel safe. The wifi was a little slow, but it worked OK for work. Streaming movies occasionally stalled but it wasn't a big deal.

My family and I had a wonderful stay and would definitely be happy to visit again. The place was clean and had pretty much everything you could need already. The pools were nice and a short walk to the beach. The office also had tons of stuff you could check out to play with : volleyball, tennis rackets, etc.

I have stayed in countless rental properties. Hands down, this unit was the cleanest I have ever been in. The interior is a bit dated but everything was well maintained. No dust, no dirt, no sand. Shockingly clean.
