A Place At The Beach offers extensive amenities and one of the best family getaways imaginable - there's practically no reason to ever leave the resort grounds! Can't you just see the excitement on your children's faces as they approach the outdoor swimming pool and water slide or the nine-hole putt-putt golf course? Don't forget about the hot tub, the shuffleboard, the tennis and basketball courts, the game room, and the gas grills. There's even an indoor pool should the rain ever decide to move in. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells. This second-floor, side condo is in Building L, bringing a welcome dose of color to your beach vacation. Amenities include an ocean view balcony, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a TV, free WiFi, and laundry facilities on-site.

So, I love the beach, period. It's gonna be hard for me to complain about being there. I've been to Atlantic Beach every year around the 4th of July for the last 4 years, and each year I've stayed with APTB though Vacasa (although two of those years I was someone's guest), Every condo that I've stayed in has been more than satisfactory for the price and proximity to the ocean, and that place (APTB) is ALIVE during that time of year. Yet, at the same time, it's very much a family place and after 10pm it's nice and quiet, and safe as can be if you wanna take a stroll. The complex itself has a great pool and hot tub, along with other amenities. But about the condo itself. Again, I can't complain. Not that it wasn't a nice place, I'd love to live somewhere like that in fact, I just spend as little time as I can in the room while I'm down there so to me, "Can't complain" gets a 5 star rating. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked, the kitchen was nice but I didn't do any cooking there as my extended family was also spread out over multiple units and we'd cook at each other's places. Still nicer than some that I've seen. The bedroom and bed were great, as was the guest room (great place for a nap with the balcony door open). The view wasn't spectacular, the balcony looked over the parking lot but you could see the water over the top of the dunes. I didn't pick it for the view, though, it was a wonderful home base and that's what I needed. P.S.- The mermaid statue is a trip 🤣 Everyone who saw it laughed.

We had a great time at A Place At The Beach. Lots to keep all family members entertained and busy, from age 1 to 51. Would definitely go again!

The room was great comfortable beds, loved the Polly wood chairs on the porch. Very cute and clean.

Overall great place. Good location with the partial ocean view. The whole place had a great theme. Great for a Family of 3-4 with little kids. Not sure if this is the place for feedback, but a couple of notes: The shower didn't have a plug for the tub, making it useless. The place didn't have a vacuum so if we track in sand (we are at the beach) it was impossible to clean it. There is only one small table that had a whole bunch of stuff on it. We had to move it every time we wanted to use the table. The facet for the kitchen sink was way to low, making it very difficult to wash the large pans.

My husband and I enjoyed a week away from the mountains at this nice condo! A Place At the Beach, which is a family resort of sorts, seemed very well-run and we were happy with the amenities (indoor pool and hot tub). The outdoor pool and activities looked great but it was too cold to use them. The condo was very clean and we were happy with the linens and towels, etc. The 2 beds were pretty comfortable. Everything was as expected. The only bad thing was that I thought the kitchen was missing some basics such as salt, pepper, any spices, sugar, etc. We really enjoyed Fort Macon which has over 3 miles of nature trails and the Visitor's Center is fantastic and of course, the fort itself was really interesting.. The Fort was only about a mile away from this condo.
