Don't forget about the hot tub, the shuffleboard, the tennis and basketball courts, the game room, and the gas grills. There's even an indoor pool should the rain ever decide to move in. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells. This second-floor, oceanfront condo is located in Building L, offering a beautiful view of the Atlantic. Enjoy a 32-inch flatscreen TV in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a 28-inch TV in the primary bedroom. This bedroom also includes an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

This condo was small but perfect for us to have a place to sleep and cook some dinner. The ocean view is wonderful and it’s on the quieter side. The pool and slide , pickle ball, putt putt, basketball court were all awesome and lots of fun. This is a great place for kids. Also the bed was super comfortable. I was a little weary after reading other reviews but this place was great for us. Go and have fun!

The views were good and the room was good. Only bad thing about the stay was the golf course was down.

Pretty nice much older place w/o being updated all that much.Water heater was pretty bad.Internet did not really work.Our AC was out,but we were given a couple of portable units that cooled off the place in a few hours.Haven’t experienced this many problems at APATB before.The place was clean,but way too expensive for a cleaning service IMO.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. I was slightly concerned after reading about a cracked bathtub in some older reviews but I think that's been repaired as both bathrooms had working showers with no cracks in the bottom. The room is situated at the back of the building so the balcony has a beautiful, direct view of the ocean and being on the 2nd floor we could see part of the beach overtop of the dunes. I've stayed in 3 other units at this resort and this one was as nice, if not nicer, than any of the others. I felt like this unit was an excellent value for the amount we payed and I would gladly stay here again. The resort itself has a nice little boardwalk all the way down to the sand, an awesome outdoor pool with a slide, an indoor pool, and too many other amenities to even list. We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay from check in to departure. Overall, I'd give it a 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend.

This condo was great for my family. Although the decor was outdated, everything was comfortable and all appliances were able to be used as needed. My family is always on the go and we rarely stay in the room for a while so this place was great for us. If you are looking for a place to stay at the beach that is somewhat affordable and a decent room, I highly recommend this one.

We have a timeshare here in May and wanted a quick getaway to a familiar place. The grounds are always clean, the pools are excellent, the room is plenty comfy. There are a few things I would change but nothing warrants any less than 5 stars

Wonderful view! There is a little bit of scrub brush and dunes between the porch and the beach but this condo (or whatever it is considered to be) is on the 2nd floor and has a great view. It’s at the beach end of the building looking directly at the beach (and not at an angle facing the parking lot or other buildings like most). Porch was small but adequate for me and my wife to enjoy. Unless you are super rich and used to super high end places, I think you will find the view to be much better than most. Most everything else (bedroom, 2nd room, living room, hall kitchen (with stove and full sized fridge), and the 2 bathrooms were fine.
