Don't forget about the hot tub, the shuffleboard, the tennis and basketball courts, the game room, and the gas grills. There's even an indoor pool should the rain ever decide to move in. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells. This second-floor condo provides all the comforts of home, including a spacious living room with plenty of seating where you can enjoy your favorite cable TV shows or watch DVDs. Open the sliding glass door, step outside onto the balcony overlooking the courtyard, and unwind in fresh ocean air or watch the sunrise with your morning coffee. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary major and small appliances, a dining table with seating for four, and additional seating at the kitchen counter. The bedrooms include a primary suite with a TV, private balcony access, and a private full bathroom. Additional amenities include free WiFi and a laundry room with a full-size, high-efficiency washer/dryer located in the foyer.

Has everything you’ll ever need. Comfortable beds and bedding. Courtyard view with some view of the ocean. Easy access however the elevator is on the other end of the building, but it’s only the second floor and the second condo. Has a wet bar area with a wine cooler I believe ( I didn’t look close). Spacious

This place is great. Very friendly staff, great indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor hot tub (outdoor pool was closed for season,) very nice tennis courts, basketball courts and big grassy area and playground to play. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at a Place at the Beach for years but this was our first time to stay in a 3 bedroom unit. Though on the map it looked far from the beach, it wasn't a bad walk at all. This condo had plenty of pots and pans and a crockpot, which we appreciated greatly as we cook most of our food. They also had plenty of extra towels and washcloths, which was wonderful for a family of 5 so we could wash some and use some. The bedrooms had plenty of space and the living room definitely sat our entire family. We really enjoyed being close to pickleball, the outdoor hottub, and other ammenities as it was cooler the week we were there and the outdoor pool was heated and wonderful for our family. We will definitely stay at unit 202 again.

Great 3 bedroom layout. Plenty to do on the property to keep everyone in the family entertained all week! We will be renting this unit again!
