A Place At The Beach offers extensive amenities and one of the best family getaways imaginable - there's practically no reason to ever leave the resort grounds! Can't you just see the excitement on your children's faces as they approach the outdoor swimming pool and water slide or the nine-hole putt-putt golf course? Don't forget about the hot tub, the shuffleboard, the tennis and basketball courts, the game room, and the gas grills. There's even an indoor pool should the rain ever decide to move in. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells. This beautifully decorated condo is located on the first floor, close to the ocean with a courtyard and pool view. Enjoy plenty of seating for the whole family in the living room, where you can enjoy your favorite shows on the large cable TV or watch DVDs. Step outside, have a seat on the balcony and unwind in the fresh ocean air. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary major and small appliances (including a stacked washer/dryer in the closet) and a dining table for guests. The primary bedroom features a TV, a ceiling fan, private balcony access, and a private bathroom with a stall shower. The second bedroom, located near the second full bathroom, has a ceiling fan and a TV. A sleeper sofa and free WiFi are provided as well. SHARED AMENITIES -Pool -Hot tub -Tennis court

Nice first floor condo, with a good view of the outdoor pool. Great proximity to the stairs and beach. Nice clean and spacious condo.

Great location of the room. Outdoor pool was wonderful and indoor pool was wonderful. The staff was amazing. Access to the beach was great is a great place to stay.

Heading home to Pittsburgh, PA from our 5th year at APATB. This is the third condo we’ve stayed in and by far the nicest. We were without air conditioning the first 2 nights of our stay but vacasa brought in portable units and fans and the owner had their HVAC guy come out who was able to fix the problem (corroded wires). The owner was also nice enough to offer us a refund for one of the nights without us even asking. We understand these things happen and hey we were still at the beach! Communication from vacasa was great. The beds and bedding and bedding were comfortable and the location of this condo is perfect. The unit is very well equipped…we had everything we could have possibly needed. Our gate code did not work but vacasa was able to provide us with a different one to use for the week.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The unit is very clean and accommodating for our family of 4. Lots of things to do around the facility. It was a great place to stay!

We liked the unit we stayed in because of the view of the pool. It is fun to watch the kids and adults(espically the senior adults) go down the waterslide on the floats. Close walk to the beach.

ABATB is an amazing resort for families! Except for groceries, you never have to leave.

We had a lovely 2-night stay. Our apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The apartment and other facilities were well maintained and the nearby beach was a pleasure to walk.
