Location is great, but is so outdated and run down it felt musty, and the condo was not very clean. It needs to be updated and deep cleaned so it’s comfortable for renting.

We have stayed at A Place At The Beach many times and always have fun. The best thing this time was that we didn't have to rent it for an entire week. We just rented it for the days we wanted and had fun. The pool is great and the walk to the beach is easy.

Indoor pool with hot tub was great when it rained. The outdoor pool was nice with the side. Access to the beach was a nice easy walk with the deck they have. Nice gas grills to cook on at the indoor pool area.

Community Pool, walkway to the beach, close to Fort Macon and the bridge, and food and shops. There are also laundry rooms and vending machines in the hallways.
