The place is nice location was great just got there to check in and was told it was not ready so we had to wait longer to check in if it says 4 it should be ready

I loved the decor! Also the beds were comfortable and loved the sheets. The amenities were great!

This is our 4th time at IBRC, this place worked the best for us. Well stocked, all bathroom’s upgraded, comfy beds and great furniture choices for decks and interior. No sofa table made it easy to use the pullout. Individual tray tables were perfect. Lastly decor was tasteful and not overdone. Welcome to margaritaville! We will be back!

We loved this condo and its location. The house was clean and well equipped for us to cook every day and we had some amazing home cooked fresh seafood. Our only issue is that when we arrived the Keurig had slimy nasty moldy water sitting in the reservoir which I promptly cleaned and sanitized in the dishwasher. Nothing against the home that’s a would be a mark against the cleaning crew. We had an amazing family vacation here!!!

The location was good. The condo is in a quiet community with quick access to grocery, beach shops, and restaurants. The condo was very clean, and kitchen was well stocked with useful items (pans, pots, storage plastics, utensils, knives). The beds were good (maybe could use updating). The condo is updated, and comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet area, with great location to beach.

This condo was perfect. Very clean! Made are beach stay amazing. Was perfect for our family of 8. I highly recommend staying here.

This unit is in a wonderful location. It is located on the sound side and is shady and quiet. There is a pedestrian walkway not far away and it only takes a few minutes to get to the beach. There are a few small businesses in walking distance as well if you want to pick up some extra sunscreen, grab a sandwich, or get some ice cream.

The stay was awesome, all necessities need. The 2 twin bed mattress were spring type and some weren't use to sleeping on that. But overall clean, roomy, loved pool and pier. Def will be back.

This was our first family vacation; the place was amazing, and we loved that we were still close enough to the beach to walk. Everyone was helpful and the place was nice and clean!! We are already planning our next trip back.
