Description

This second-floor, end condo with great views of tennis courts and pools has been appointed with everything you need to experience an unforgettable stay! This condo offers three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and is located on the sound side. The living area has a flatscreen TV, a DVD, and offers access to a screened porch. Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, washer and dryer, and free WiFi. Complex amenities include an elevator, two outdoor swimming pools on the ocean side, a Junior Olympic size pool on the sound side, day dock, and tennis courts, for guest use as a thank you from the owner for staying.

The biggest qualification I was looking for was the cleanliness of the property! Vacasa did not disappoint! When we walked in we were blown away at how clean the unit was! Everything was neat, orderly, and smelled fresh. The environment was welcoming with board games, puzzles and books to read. Sure, the furniture needs updating but it was never our intention to hang out in our unit. We spent time on the beach enjoying everything the area had to offer - from Morehead City to Emerald Isle and everything in between. When we returned to go to sleep our bed linens were crisp and cool! We did not let the impacts from Hurricane Erin stop us and appreciated the updates from Vacasa.

The price was wonderful, and the place has plenty of room for families. The pool is huge. The beach was visible from the porch.

The condo is a bit older and could use some updates, but we feel like the value of the stay for the price was wonderful. Close to the beach, centrally located and close driving distance to anything on the island. Super easy check in and check out! Washer and dryer, easy parking, great kitchen amenities. We loved that there were 2.5 bathrooms for 3 rooms! If you’re looking for high end, this isn’t it. But if you’re poking for cute, easy, cozy, and great value, you won’t be disappointed.

Loved everything about this rental! The condo was clean and supplied with everything we needed for the week. Plenty of room for our group of 5.. felt like we were the only ones in the complex for most of the week and when the owners of the other condos arrived they were very sweet neighbors! The walk to the beach was great for our group of adults and teens, it could pose a bit of a challenge for a group with littles. The pool was wonderful and they were in the process of remodeling the pickleball courts! All in all, the entire complex is beautiful and it’s in a great location on the island! Vacasa’s customer service is in a class of its own, check in/out was an absolute breeze! Thank you for a 100% stress free week! We will most definitely be returning!

This condo was in a great location. Located close to a lot of activities. Area was nice and quiet. We had everything we needed to last us the weekend. Check-in and check out was easy. We had a great view of the ocean front the front balcony. Would stay again.

The place was very quaint and clean. Nice set up and enough space. You could see the water from the front balcony. The living room and master bedroom both had balconies. Also, washer and dryer jn the unit was great!

We absolutely loved this place! It is close to the very close to an awesome pool! Short walk to the beach and a very lovely walk to the dock on the sound. We enjoyed fishing, swimming, beach days and even a little badminton on the tennis court! Already planning on returning next year! 😀

3 bedroom condo that has been well kept. Clean. Really no qualms. Nice location. Dollar General, Quicky Mart, and some restaurants all within walking distance. One thing to note: the Island beach and racquet club is divided into 2 sections. One is ocean front and the other is diagonally across on the sound side. Our unit was on the sound side. This was fine for us. Plus there were elevators to help us get up and down which was nice. It was a positive experience and I would recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our room. All of the Amenities made it feel like home. It was extremely clean as well. The only issue I had is that the pool was inoperable during our whole week stay and I was never told that. We still had access to the other pool but it was across the street and with a 1 year old that made it a little more challenging but the room inaelf was very nice

I brought my 3 children down for spring break. The three bedrooms 2 1/2 baths were perfect for us. We played tennis (which I could see from the balcony when I had enough), went to the beach, rented bikes, played mini golf, went to the aquarium and took a sand dollar cruise! A lot to cram into a few days, but always had a relaxing comfy spot to come home to. The kids loved the Wi-Fi and three televisions, I loved the easy access to just about everything!
