Our experience was wonderful. The place is clean and staff is friendly and very courteous. We were able to interact with one of the maintenance men when he came to fix the sliding door in 210. Very respectful and friendly gentleman. He carried on conversation as if he had known us forever. That is good business and though I didnt get his name, hopefully it can be figured out who he is and give him recognition. I most definitely recommend this as a vacation stay and plan in the future to return again. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly highly recommended!! Sincerely, Tammy L Oaks

We have stayed in many different condo complexes over the years but this was our first time at Dunescape Villas. The unit was very well laid out and well equipped. The beds were very comfy it was exceptionally clean. The distance to the beach was as close as you could possibly get! And the view!!! Breathtaking! The elevator with carts is a must for us going forward. It made moving in and out the easiest we’ve ever experienced. We will definitely be returning and look forward to another stay here!

We love the beautiful beach, warm waters, and relaxing pace of Atlantic Beach, NC. This charming, well organized and equipped condo is the perfect place for families to relax and enjoy this beautiful spot. It is tastefully decorated and has spectacular views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Inside there is space for everyone, with a twin bedroom for children with its own half bath, a queen bedroom with a hall bath, and a king en-suite bedroom with its own balcony for adults. The family room has plenty of comfortable seating and local art, as well as ocean views. The table expands to seat six and backs up to a bar with two more stools. The open kitchen allows conversations to flow throughout the common space. We enjoyed having coffee in the mornings looking out over the ocean on our screened in porch. And the fact that you can also watch your children at the pool from there is a great incentive for us to book here again next summer. The common porch deck, just down the hall, is a bonus. It seems to be the only one in this building and is perfect for sunbathing, sunset watching or a quiet after dinner coffee or nightcap at night. We are looking forward to our next trip here!
