The location Was perfect for us. The extra window in the dining room brought in extra light. We felt we had a panoramic view of the ocean!

The condo was very clean and ready for visitors. Kitchen is well stocked and the view is fantastic. Vascar did a great job from the office staff to the cleaning staff. We have stayed here many times and will return this unit is a great deal.

We spent Thanksgiving as a family and rented 3 units. We've been coming to Dunescape for several years (usually in the summer). This was our first time in 344. Absolutely wonderful unit! Updated well. Beds werethe most comfortable I've stayed in! Having back problems and my husband with a recent back injury we were pleasantly surprised and got 7 nights of very restful sleep! Kitchen was adequately equipped and I only had to purchase a few aluminum pans to complete my Thanksgiving dinner. Patio door does need to be replaced and comes off track easily. Pre-arrival cleaning did have some room for improvement. Overall a wonderful holiday visit.

We have stayed at Dunescape Villas many times but this is the first in time in this unit. The views are stunning and the owners have wonderful taste. The beds are very nice and the rest of the furniture is great. This is the nicest unit we have stayed in. We would recommend to anyone.

Unit 344 was beautifully decorated with that beachy feel. It was clean and more than accommodated our needs while staying there. Couldn't have asked for a better location at Atlantic Beach. Looking forward to returning next spring!!

Loved this condo for a short girls trip! It was very homey and cozy. I loved the decor, art and the pictures online don’t do the views justice. We will definitely be renting again!

This unit has an amazing view of the beach and ocean. The layout of the condo works perfectly for 3 couples and is in a great location. I would highly recommend it for the view alone!

The condo is amazing. The views are majestic. It was an excellent and relaxing trip. I highly recommend this rental to anyone. The only suggestions I have for future guests is that if you like to cook then make sure to bring your essentials. This kitchen is not well stocked. Also make sure you have your own beach equipment. But don't let this deter you from renting the condo with the best view of the ocean I have ever seen.

This was our second year in a row, staying in this unit, and it was even better than I remembered. The unit is beautiful, as are the views. It is on the 3rd floor which may deter some, but it's worth it to our family. Very convenient beach access and just a wonderful place to stay all around.

This was the perfect unit for our quick getaway. The check in process was easy and the staff were very helpful. Our condo was conveniently located and sparkly clean! Once inside the unit, the views did not disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

The pictures don't fully capture just how beautiful this condo really is or how breathtaking the view is from the front and side window. Being an end/corner unit makes it even better. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. The only negative was that we lost power (the entire island did) during our stay and it knocked out the elevator. It wasn't a problem to walk up and down the stairs normally, but during check out (carrying coolers/luggage) it was a bit of a struggle. The kind ladies at the Vacasa office said they would hopefully be able to credit us $25/day for the inconvenience so hopefully that will happen...but overall, it was an amzing vacation!

This is a very nicely remodeled unit with lots of natural light and great views. It's decorated very well and was perfect for my family's vacation. I would definitely stay here again

We have stayed here the last 3 years, it was a good price. But the overall price is going up approximately $750.00. Nothing has changed or improved to justify the increase. Our most recent stay was hampered by being delayed 2 hours before being able to occupy 344 Dunescape Villa because housekeeping was behind. They did an excellent job of cleaning though. Vacasa did a rebate of $56.38. Check out time has changed too. It is now 10am, it used to be 11am. Look we love this place and it’s convenient to everything, just very disappointed in the price increase.

We are at this condo now and it is so beautiful. So tastefully decorated. The views of the ocean and beach are so magnificent that you don`t really need to go down to the shore. Very relaxing .
