Books, puzzles, and games for the children and adults are provided, as well as four TVs, four DVD players, high-speed WiFi, and a cushioned window seat. Other amenities include a private washer and dryer and a wet bar. The elevator will make it easy to access this second-floor suite, even with an armload of fresh produce! Nice unit with great ocean views and easy access to the beach. Convenient parking. Living -dining area is small but the screened in porch adds space

When the first unit wasn't acceptable because of elevator being out of commission, the realty company worked quickly to find us comparable accommodations. Always responded to questions and request.

loved the ocean view and convenient elevator to parking lot. Appreciated the washer and drier. large dining room table and nice sofa. Some furniture was too large for space, such as lamp table in master bedroom. no ice maker, but good ice trays. Close to good restaurants, grocery store and Aquarium .

Had sand toys and boogie boards, umbrella, chair. Great decks, close to elevator which is good and can be noisy. Master bath is small but we love this condo and have rented it before. :) beautiful views and great pool access😊

If you want a condo where you can watch dolphins play in the ocean as you sit on the living room couch, this is it! The views are spectacular! The window seat is a perfect spot, and the screened in porch has great seating. There are some minor irritations, such as crowded closets and a less than perfect dishwasher, but the condo is comfortable, and the views are unbeatable.

We absolutely loved our condo. Great view and easy access to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat all our meals in. The condo was also very clean which was nice. I just wish it was easier to contact someone if something is needed. It can take awhile to get a call back. They are quick to take care of anything once you do hear back. I would definately come back and stay here again!

We absolutely loved this condo. Gorgeous views, well stocked kitchen, and just a few steps to the beach. It was also nice that they have carts to load your things and an elevator. A nice touch is the reading nook and books, a lot of books. I actually read a book....been a long time. Awesome place.

This condo is really amazing! There is a large window that has a bench which was big enough for me to lay in and watch the ocean from. My favorite place to sit in the entire condo. Loved the porches and the views. The pool was fantastic . The elevator was a game changer but it was broken one day of our stay. Other than that I would highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay. The condo was quite and peaceful. The walk to the beach was convenient for carrying all our chairs and other things to the beach. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets if you need them. Dunescape is also located in a very convenient spot, there are grocery store and other shopping close by.

I loved this condo! I walked in and was amazed at the view! It was perfect. Just what I had been searching for. You could sit on the the screened porch and view both ends of the beach. Listening to the waves at night through the closed door was nice. Put me to sleep every night. The condo was very convenient to the walkway to the beach. The elevator was right outside the door. I’m giving away all the secrets of this place. Have already booked for another visit-I left yesterday! Vacasa was a good choice. I had used another local company in the past it the rental was bad…peeling paint,dirty,deck had cobwebs and mosquitos. The picture told a different story. I was nervous about renting in Atlantic Beach again but Vacasa did a good job.
