No need to worry about carrying the luggage up the stairs to your condo - there is an elevator and luggage carts available to make for easy access. Imagine yourself basking in the sun around the outdoor community swimming pool while the children frolic in the water. Or follow the walkway to the beautiful, white, sandy beach where you can ride the waves, build sandcastles, or collect seashells! This condominium offers a comfortable living room that is great for relaxing or cooling down after a busy day at the beach. Give yourself a time out and allow yourself to be carried away by the breathtaking view of the ocean and feel the refreshing ocean breeze as you unwind on the screened-in balcony just off of the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has all major and small appliances, making cooking for the family a breeze. Don't forget: the courtyard has shared charcoal grills for those delightful family barbecues. You'll have great dinner conversations after a fun day at the beach or other area attractions! Gather the family around the dining table with seating for four. If you need additional seating can be found at the countertop or there is a lovely window seat so everyone can join in on the fun! When it's time for lights out, you have three bedrooms waiting to lull you to sleep. There is a primary where you will find a private bath with a shower stall, ideal for a refreshing shower before turning in. There is a guest room with a queen bed, a private half bath, and a TV. The third room has two twin beds located just down the hall from the primary bedroom. Don't worry about not having enough beach towels. You will find a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer located in the front screened-in foyer. Additional in-suite amenities include four TVs and a DVD player. The free WiFi access makes it easy for you to post your favorite vacation memories to your social media. Condo was great for our family of six. We enjoyed family dinners on the porch. Short walk to pool and beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a cute little hideaway that was perfect for a friends getaway. Our goal was to rest and relax and we did just that! If it wasn’t for being able to hear the traffic from the balcony I would’ve given this place 10 stars!

This was a wonderful location with beach access and had two beautiful patios facing the ocean. Lots of space! Updated home beautifully decorated with all the amenities. Loved having three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Ideal for a family and friends.

Dunescapes Villas 236 was a perfect "home base" for 3 day Atlantic Beach trip. We were in town for a wedding that took place on a beach in Pine Knoll Shores (just a bit south of AB). The reception was in Morehead City (just over the bridge and a few miles up the road). Unit 236, located in building #3, all the way at the end, was perfectly located to be close to both venues as well as vacation staples like restaurants, grocery store, (Food Lion is only a mile away), and fun destinations. (The beach is right over the dunes!). The amenities at the villa were ample. The 3 bedrooms more than accommodated our group of 5. (There was an air mattress stored in the one of the bedrooms for a larger group.). The beds were comfortable with clean, crisp linens. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms with a few extra stored in a closet if needed. The kitchen was had plenty of plates, cups, silverware, etc. The single cup Keurig was a nice plus and very convenient. I can definitely recommend Dunescapes Villas 236

We booked a weekend getaway for my graduation and Mother’s Day celebration at this villa and it did not disappoint! Upon entering this villa, we were immediately impressed by how clean and cozy this villa was. It felt like home! This was such a rewarding feeling! We love that the living room balcony is screened in as it is safer for our kids. We also love the view of the pool and beach from our balcony. The location is also very convenient as it is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other beaches! We can’t wait to go back and are already planning our next stay!

We loved the view from our condo. It was very spacious for our large family. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths. It was clean. The only problem we had was we were told we were in building 2 but our room was actually in building 3. We figured it out after a lot of walking. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Dunescape Villas in Atlantic beach. The condo was up to date and nice. The mattresses need updating to more comfortable mattresses. We very much enjoyed our stay, would recommend and plan on returning.
